Tori didn't really like the dark. Since she was a little girl, she's always been scared of it. Her mom buyed her a little night light with a heart on it that kept her away from the darkness and the monsters.
But even though she didn't like the dark, lately she's been loving the night sky. The thousands of little stars that shined in the sky, like that little night light her mother buyed, and the moon. She could see it all perfectly from the roof of her house.
When she was a little girl, she used to climb up the tree that grew next to her bedroom and sit on the roof, watching the sunset. Now she did it more often, nearly every night, staring at the stars for hours.
Lately, she's noticed that the sky reminds her of Jade. Black, and dark, but with little lights that remind you that it's not so scary.
When she realzed that, she started looking at the goth with diferent eyes, serching for that big bright light, her own moon. She tried to spend more time with her too, and Jade didn't seem to reject her.
She whas happy about that, because she feeled like she needed to find more of Jade's Stars.
And maybe, one day, find that thing that makes her as happy and shiny as the Moon.
