Chapter 1:
Author's Notes:
Please excuse me on this idea, it came out of the blue.
It was one warm afternoon, the Pidgey's were singing, Erlade walked on his own, minding his own business. No one seemed to tell him what to do. after walking somewhat, he stopped and paused, after seeing what he could not believe, a lone Dewott, he soon continued, but he could not get the thought of that poor Dewott out of his mind. Quickly as he could, he forgot about him, and then continued doing what he had hoped to do.
The long forest path was at a good long length, Erlade thought he could make it without stopping. He did not, he saw a figure, much like his own, but not as honourable. Drawing a blade he thought it was his natural enemy, but is was not. It was a Bisharp standing alone, with no family, She was orphaned at a young age and raised by humans. She did not care much for the Erlade, neither did he.
Seeing this, Erlade nearly broke into anger, the Bisharp saw this, but, did not take any advantage over this Erlade, she couldn't, she was too tired to act. "So you are too weak, how easy will this kill be? Easy or hard?" Erlade thought to himself, but not knowing that the Bisharp would rather not fight, only use words that could help save her very life, but it did have very small chances, only if the ignorant Erlade would give her some heart. "P...Ple...ease, spare my life. I don't have anyone to look out for me. I am alone since I was young." Bisharp begged, trying to get his life spared, "Your chances at life are frugal; saving every moment when you can. Your life could be spared, it is just down to if you can pay me back in any form." Erlade grumbled trying to cover the fact he was nice to people, but wouldn't show it. "I...I...Can...Fight...Alongside you." Bisharp coughed and spluttered before passing out completely.
Erlade almost had no choice, it was in his nature to, help and save, he picked Bisharp in his arms swiftly, running at his natural capacity toward the nearest Chansey he could find within his mind.
Soon, after a little searching he found one and got Bisharp on her own feet again. Thanking Erlade, rather than run away and find her own place, she asked Erlade if he could live with him, until she either found someone she could love or someone else would look after her , she was stuck with Erlade. Erlade allowed this, again, it was his nature to.
Bisharp embraced Erlade, thanking him for his very life, she knew she had to pay him back, but at that time, she had rest until she was fully ready.
"Thank you, you have been so kind to me. No one has given me such a gesture like that before." The Bisharp whispered, before breaking into a small smile. "You thank me for saving your life?" Erlade remarked, "I may be kind, but you were dying, I had to do something."
Knowing that she would never say him back, she had thought of many ways that could possibly pay him back, but the most fruitful was fighting alongside him. Despite this, she strives to make Erlade's life a lot less stressful. "Um Erlade, is it possible for us to be friends? I don't want to be alone anymore." Even during her talking she was breathing fast, like she could not control herself.
