Complete summary: Tony Stark wasn't the first person to figure out that Peter Parker was Spiderman. Lucie Trys, Peter's longtime friend/nerd buddy, figured it out a bit faster. She has her own super identity, Frozen Lily, and together the two have formed a super duo determined to 'help the little guy', knowing what's like to be the little guy. But how are they supposed to do that when the Sokovia Accords are put in place, especially when they don't entirely agree with them?

If you are wondering about the timing of this chapter, I was being literal when I said it left off right where the movie ended. It starts minutes after the second end credits scene. If you are one of the people who missed this sequence because you left after the first end credits scene don't worry you don't need to know about it to understand what is going on it is just a nice reference if you have.

Disclaimer: I do not own anything Marvel. I only own my OCs and my storyline.

Enjoy and please review. ;)

Chapter 1

Lucie rang the doorbell at Peter's apartment and waited twirling her chocolate colored hair around her finger. When all other means of communication had failed she had decided to come visit him to see what in the world was going on. He had missed the decathlon meeting for some reason and then he hadn't answered any of her calls or text messages. So here she was.

"Hey," she said when Peter's aunt opened the door. "Is Peter home?"

"Oh, Lucie, come in," Peter's aunt said, recognizing Lucie and letting her in. "I just made up some coffee. Do you want some?"

"Yes please."

"Peter's in his room. He didn't tell me you were coming over though."

"Oh, I just wanted to see how he was doing. He didn't respond to any messages and I heard that he was sick or something"

"Except for a few new bruises, he's fine."

Lucie sighed. "Who'd he get in a fight with this time?"

"Steve something or other. You like milk in your coffee, right?"

"Yep, thanks," Lucie said, taking the coffee.

Aunt May knocked on Peter's door. "Peter, Lucie's here to see you."

"Just a second," Peter called, fumbling with his light thingy to turn it off. The last thing he needed was for Aunt May to see it. What was Lucie doing here anyways?

"That was at least fifteen seconds," Lucie said when Peter opened the door, holding a bag of ice to his face.

"It's an expression," Peter said. "What are you doing here anyways?"

"Well, when you miss the decathlon club meeting, and then don't answer your phone I get a little worried. What'd you do? Take it apart again?"

"Oh shoot! We had a meeting had today?"

"Uh-hu," Lucie responded. "Not that we really did anything special, but where were you?"

"Long story," Peter told her, waving it off. "Do you have the notes from the meeting?"

"At home," Lucie said. "But you're welcome to come over if you don't mind my siblings being obnoxious and can make it that far."

"Sure," Peter agreed. "Just let me grab my backpack."

A few minutes later they were walking out of the apartment building.

"So what actually happened to your face?" Lucie asked unlocking her bike from the bike rack.

"Didn't my aunt tell you?" Peter asked. "I got in a fight with a guy named Steve."

"Steve who?"

"Rogers."

Lucie dropped her bike lock. "Freakin Captain America?! How did that happen?"

"It's a long story."

"So you've said. Proceed. Oh, and I have a copy of the notes with me, so do just want to go to the park?"

"Sure, but I thought you said the notes were at you house."

"They are, but I have a photo copy of them in my backpack. I just figured you rather explain what was going on without having your aunt accidently over hear us. Now how in the world did you end up fighting Captain America?" Lucie tossed her bike lock in her backpack. "Actually first let me fix that black eye of yours then tell me what happened.

The tip of her pointer finger turned blue and she traced the bruise on his face numbing it. Then with a snap of her fingers made it look normal. "Still feels weird." Peter commented when she was done, touching his cheek.

"Well, I numbed it," Lucie said hopping onto her bike. "I didn't heal it. Sorry that's not my power. Now you were going to tell me about Captain America."

"Well I got home yesterday and Mr. Stark was there talking to my Aunt," Peter started.

"Wait a minute," Lucie interrupted. "Tony Stark visited you, at your apartment."

"Yeah, he had figured out that I was Spiderman so…"

"Let me guess. The YouTube videos?" Peter nodded. "I warned you about that."

"Hey you're the one who took them."

"And you're the one who said to let them be on YouTube. So it's still your fault. Keep going."

"Well he said he needed my help capturing Captain America. Oh and I he designed this new suit for me, I'm still adjusting to it though."

"You were at the battle at the airport?! What happened? The news has literally nothing on it beyond that it happened." Lucie asked excitedly and then realized something. "Wait a minute you didn't sign those Accords did you?"

"No one ever handed them to me. Mr. Stark asked me to help him. I agreed. He helps design me a new suit. Fight at an airport, and then he sent me back home. I'm not sure it would even be legal for us to sign them anyways, since we're still minors."

Lucie let out a sigh of relief. "Oh good. You had me worried there for a second."

"Worried I had signed the Accords?" Peter clarified and Lucie nodded. "Why?"

"Because there is no way you had enough time to make an educated decision on the matter, and you tend to act impulsively sometimes, and it probably wouldn't have helped matters that Mr. Stark is evidently in total agreement with the Sokovia Accords. I'm not saying I'm against them, but I have already come up with some major problems with them. Then again we may not be able to legally make any decision on the matter for a couple years. But enough on boring legal topics."

"Oh yeah you were going to tell me about the decathlon meeting," Peter said switching topics.

"I was?" Lucie looked confused. "Oh yeah that's right I was. Well anyway we are electing next year's officers next week, so you had better be there. And-"

She was cut off by group of obnoxious boys from their school. "Oh look it's the lab love rats," one of them called.

Lucie rolled her eyes to heaven. "You know Rick," she said. "If you learned to shut that big ugly mouth of yours, you might be able to pass for a human being. Now go away."

"Ooooooh!" the other boys said and Lucie glared at them. "That was meant for you too." Lucie wasn't just good at school she had been taking taekwondo for years now, and even though she was one of the shortest girl's in their class she would have no problem (without use of her powers) beating any of them, and they knew it.

The boys stalked off but not before one of the pushed Peter off his bike into Lucie. "You won't always have your girlfriend to defend you." One of them called before finally going around the corner.

"We are not dating," Lucie said though gritted teeth, once they had disappeared. "You'd think they could figure that out already."

Peter shrugged, getting back on his bike. "When did you come up with that insult?"

"Just a second ago. How is it that when you're playing Spiderman you always have something to say, but when you're not, you end up tongue tied when people insult you?"

"I don't know. It just sort of happens."

"I was just wond-"

"Look out!"

Suddenly there were motorcycles racing down the road with firing bullets back at some pursuing police officers, who were firing back. Both Peter and Lucie dropped to the ground behind a café table to avoid the bullets. Lucie's normally blue eyes flashed red. Her silver bracelets started to glow and a silver colored baton seemed to just appear in her right hand. She aimed it at the racing motorcycles freezing their tires to the ground with ice. Then the baton shrunk back down again into the bracelet.

She held Peter down shaking her head. "No Spiderman this time. It's not needed and with the Accords adding further complications, for now let's just walk away."

"And your ice is totally inconspicuous?"

"There is no way anyone saw me do that," Lucie whispered back. "I hope."

Yay! A beginning to a new story. If you are confused about Lucie's powers they will be further explained later. Also I am guessing Peter to be about fifteen or sixteen, Lucie about is the same age. They are towards the end of their Sophomore year of high school.
