So I know everyone hates these in the beginning of stories but I'm looking for a story that is either Snape/Hermione or Hermione/Draco where they are in potions dealing with veritiserum and pansy asks hermione personal questions and it reveals secrets and Snape gets pissed off and kicks her out of class. Snape awoke to the familiar smell of her. He knew that what he did was terribly wrong. What he said shouldn't have been said. He promised that he would never say that word. He was angry at himself. It was an accident. The Dark Lord found out about her. He was angry and scared so he caused a fight, but he didn't mean to say it. She isn't a dirty blooded person. He wanted to tell her, to warn her about the Dark Lord and his plans for her but he knew that he needed to push her away so that she wouldn't get killed. He loves her, he knows she loves him. He wants her safe, so when the war is over they can be together. All he can think about is that he broke his promise to her. He is going to figure out how to repair the damage he has done. He never broke any other promises to her. He was always safe and always came back home. To her. What has she done to him. He never knew love till her. He never knew happiness. It was all her. Now he doesn't smile as much as he did with her, he is angrier and ignores her. He has to. He wants to keeps her safe. He knows that he will have her back in his arms laughing, crying, ranting, and sleeping one day soon but for now, he broke a promise to keep her safe. He broke the promise of never calling her that word. Mudblood.
