When did she begin to drive you mad? It felt as if only days ago you were both young and frolicking through whatever got you into trouble. But, now she made you feel so different. You and Aqua got into trouble in such diverse ways.
Rain drops on your noses. You run through the roses.
The moonlight tints her azure hair.
Clear pools of water hang in her eyelashes. Her smooth legs trot through sparkling splashes.
You notice this even in the mists of battle. Even in the tinted dark of night. She wears a face and a battle cry as she slashes through dark bodies. With twitching antenna a swift creature leaps for her side.
"Terra!" She calls.
And you swing. Those were a few of your favorite things.
Her skin is damp, but bright is her smile. She greets you after having some time to herself.
Her scent is entwined with apple after an evening shower. The surface of her arms, you can still see the lingering baby powder.
She looks fair. She lets you absently move a piece of her drying hair.
It's soft and yet coarse. It reminds you of running a hand through a field of summer grass. You smile absently to yourself. "We'll talk?" you ask.
"Of course," She replies. It's an evening ritual.
Ven runs down the halls. Three cups of splashing apple cider are what he brings. You add a few more of your favorite things.
Her laughter is nostalgic, familiar, comforting, intoxicating, enchanting… You could go on for hours. She laughs some more and your stomach rattles on the inside. She bites into a tea cookie and hums.
"Would you like one, Terra?" She once more says your name. It's something that makes you feel tame.
Because you haven't felt that way lately.
You enjoy her laughter and her cooking, and some of the joy that it brings. You add to the list of your favorite things.
You've lost it. But she's brought you back together. Aqua's always there to help you mend the pieces—to make you feel like a man firm on his two feet.
Her fingers ghost over your face. She holds you feather light in her hands. She has a touch that could heal all the lands.
When your dam breaks. When the night bites. When the dark drives you horribly mad.
She has all of your favorite things. You don't feel so bad.
