Author's Note: Hey guys! I got the inspiration for this story from Pokemon Sun and Moon: Ultra Adventures and decided to put in my own Ninjago twist. The Ninjas of Fire and Amber finally married and had a daughter named Luna, who was the Master of Outer Space. One day, the scientist named Faba, summoned two Ultra Beasts. Both of them were after Luna and the Ninja. In an attempt to protect their loved ones, Kai and Skylor were captured by the Ultra Beasts and taken through the Ultra Wormhole, leaving everyone shell-shocked. A minute before they were taken, they made a look on their faces that said "Help us.". Ever since that day, everyone had been determined to save Luna's parents and bring them back to Ninjago.

Nya: (voice over) Since we embarked on saving Kai and Skylor, we've run into several obstacles. One after another! Like Alola's island guardians appearing before us, Nebby evolving into the Legendary Pokemon Solgaleo, even the Island Guardians transforming Luna's Z-Ring. In order to get Luna's parents back safely, I headed into the Ultra Wormhole!

(In Ultra Deep Sea)

"So this is the Ultra Beast's world!" said Misako.

"Those gems, they're beautiful!" commented Luna.

"It looks like we'll have to split up if we're going to have any chance of finding Kai and Skylor." said Cole.

"Split up? I don't know. Getting separated scares me!" said Jay.

"You normally do research and make sure you're prepared before going off to explore an unknown world. But there was no time for that!" said Zane.

"Hey, don't worry everyone. Our Pokemon are with us!" reassured Lloyd.

"You're right! Snowy, come share your courage with us!" shouted Zane.

"Popplio, Primarina, you too!" shouted Nya.

"All right, come on out Steenee and Tsareena!" shouted Lloyd.

" Turtonator, Marowak come out!" shouted Master G.

"Togedemaru, Vikavolt you too!" shouted Jay.

" 'Kay Flare, Rocky, Shadow, Echo, Breeze! Let's go!" shouted Luna.

" Now, Silvally, Umbreon, Lycanroc!" shouted Cole.

Then two Ultra Beasts came out of a trench with Kai and Skylor trapped inside. And their hair and eye color was black and yellow.

"It's my parents!" shouted Luna.

"The data is a perfect match." said Zane.

"We've got to save them quick." said Lloyd.

"But Lloyd, the Ultra Beasts are trying to merge with Kai and Skylor!" shouted Misako.

"No, no, stay away!" yelled Kai and Skyler.

Luna was shocked her parents would tell them to stay away from them unless something or someone was controlling them. Nonetheless, she gathered her courage and ran up to them to try and rescue them.

"Don't worry. I'll save you." said Luna.

"Luna!"

"Wait! It's dangerous!"

"But my parents are in danger!"

The Ultra Beasts carrying Luna's parents float off and leave black rocks in their path.

"Umbreon, use Dark Pulse!" ordered Cole.

"What's that? Is it those Ultra Beast's power?" asked Jay.

"It's possible. But their appearance.." replied Zane.

"What are those Ultra Beasts planning to do with Luna's parents?" asked Lloyd.

"I worry that Mother and Father's energy could ultimately be drained if the four of them merge." replied Luna.

"That sounds horrible!" exclaimed Cole.

"There are still a lot of things we don't know about Ultra Beasts. I'm just saying it's a possibility." explained Luna.

"Hey, we've got to hurry. So let's move." said Lloyd.

The Ultra Beasts start to float off to keep the others away from them.

"They're getting away!" said Zane.

"No, Lloyd! If we chase after them, they're probably going to get angry!" warned Cole.

"Go away! We've been waiting a long time to experience this!" said Kai and Skylor.

"Mom and Dad?"

"We've finally met! After all this time, we finally met!"

"No, Kai and Skylor. You can't do this!"

"You be quiet right now!"

"Hey, wait!"

"No Mother! Father!"

"What's going on? What's up with them?" asked Master G.

"They're acting like children!" said Jay.

"Maybe they're being controlled." guessed Zane.

"Maybe. But some of what they said is how they really feel." said Luna.

"What? All that childish talk?" asked Misako.

"My parents have been researching Ultra Beasts because they've always wanted to come in contact with them. And their wish has finally come true." explained Luna.

"But they're trying to merge with them."

"They probably aren't thinking about it that way. It's like they finally got the toy they've been yearning for."

"A toy?"

"In the state my parents are in, they probably think we're bad guys who are trying to take away their precious toy."

"We've got to save them whether they like it or not." stated Lloyd.

"Of course. Then I'll bring them back to their senses no matter what."

"Greninja, use Water Shuriken then use Night Slash!" ordered Luna.

"Ninja!"

"No, stop! Stay away!" said Kai and Skylor.

The Ultra Beasts created a wall of rocks to block to others.

"Oh no!" exclaimed Luna.

"Check it out." said Jay.

"It can even do that?" asked Cole.

"We hate you all! Go away!" yelled Kai and SKylor.

"Hate us?" asked Luna.

"Don't listen to them. They don't mean that!" said Lloyd.

"Right. What Mother and Father are saying isn't making any sense at all right now." said Luna.

"Quick, Pop, Marina. Use Bubble Beam!" ordered Nya.

"Turtonator, use Flamethrower! Marowak, Bonemerang!" ordered Master G.

"Stone Edge, now!" ordered Cole.

"It didn't do a thing!" exclaimed Jay.

"My poor parents. Huh?"

"Solagaleo! Let's go!" shouted Nya.

Solgaleo jumps through the rocks and clears the path

"Great. Now let's get going." said Lloyd.

"Leave us alone. Or we're going to do something frightening!" said Kai and Skylor.

"What is that?" "Salazzle. The Toxic Lizard Pokemon. A Poison and FIre Type and the evolved form of Salandit. It's poisonous gas contains lots of pheromones that attract male Salandit." Zane explained.

"Salazzle!"

"Turtonator, use Flamethrower!" ordered Master G.

The Ultra Beasts carrying Kai and Skylor float off.

"They're getting away!" said Jay.

"Leave Salazzle to me and go after Luna's parents!"

"Master G.!"

"Turtonator, use Dragon Tail! Marowak use Flare Blitz! We'll be fine, now get out of here!"

"You got it. Thanks dad. See you later on." said Lloyd.

"Stop it! Stay away!" yelled Kai and Skylor.

(coos)

"Lilligant!"

"Mismagius!"

"Whoa, more Pokemon!" exclaimed Cole.

"Lilligant and Milotic, and Mismagius too. They're all my parent's cherished Pokemon!"

"Togedemaru!" shouted Jay.

"Togedemaru, nice work!"

"You guys!" said Luna.

"Sweetheart, we can take care of this. You all go ahead and we'll keep them here." said Nya.

"I'm going to stay behind and help them out too!" said Zane.

"You're staying put!" all four of them exclaimed.

"Mismagius. The Magical Pokemon. A Ghost Type. Mismagius appear out of nowhere, chanting spells, casting curses, and showing terrifying visions!" explained Zane.

"Aw, give me a break. Curses-schmurses!" said Jay.

"Milotic. The Tender Pokemon. A Water Type. Milotic live in deep lakes with clear water. They appear when conflict is imminent, calming people's hearts."

"I don't see any healing in those eyes!" exclaimed Nya.

"Lilligant. The Flowering Pokemon. A Grass Type. It's said that the flower on it's head has relaxing properties. And, if neglected, the flower withers."

"It doesn't look all that relaxing to me!" said Lloyd.

"Quick Popplio, use Bubble Beam!" ordered Nya.

" Now, Flora, use Magical Leaf!" ordered Lloyd.

Meanwhile with Solgaleo, Luna, Misako, and Luna's Pokemon were still chasing after Kai and Skylor.

"Absol!"

"Misako, that Absol was my Noivern's faithful training partner. You can use my Torracat,Noivern, and Rowlet to battle Absol."

"Ok. But be careful Luna."

"Why are you getting in our way?! We hate you! We really hate you!" yelled Kai and Skylor

"Fable. Fab."

"That Clefable, out of all my parent's Pokemon, Clefable was my closest friend. Solgaleo, go after my parents, please." said Luna.

"Clefable, snap out of it!"

"Clefable!"

"Clefable, look at this! You see, I'm not very good at battling. So I'm going to have to battle you in my own way."

"Fable!"

"Clefable, remember please. Touching my hand, hearing my voice. Come on, touch our Clefairy doll. You can feel it, I know you can. Although you're controlled by an Ultra Beast, I know you haven't forgotten in your heart. Those days, so sweet, days that we're never going to forget. I won't let you go. You, Mother, Father, and all the other Pokemon. I've got to have you all back. Clefable, I love you. You do remember, don't you?"

"Fable!"

" (giggles) You're back!"

With Salazzle

"Turtonator, let's do it!" exclaimed Master G.

"Turtonator!"

"The zenith of my mind. Of body and spirit. Like the great blue flame of Ninjago, become a raging fire and burn! Inferno Overdrive!" ordered Master G.

"Sala! Salazzle..."

"Great work" praised Master G.

With Milotic, Lilligant, and Mismagius

"We can't attack while Flare is over with them." stated Zane.

"Flare, you've got to get away from there!" said Nya.

"Zane, what should we do?" asked Lloyd.

"Thinking, thinking, thinking.." said Zane.

"I know. Flare might come back to us if Flora emits a sweeter Sweet Scent than Lilligant does." suggested Jay.

"Let's try it. Alright Flora, use Sweet Scent!" ordered Lloyd.
