When did Artemis become so… pretty?
Wally looked towards the water where the blonde was playing with Zatanna and Robin. Artemis was wearing a jade green halter bikini top and a matching bottom that accented her nice ass.
Wally stopped, a bit surprised at his own thoughts. He shrugged after a while, deciding that fighting his inner thoughts would probably just be stupid. A nice booty is a booty, after all.
There was something about Artemis today, though, that he couldn't quite capture.
Her hair looked even more luscious, but he could swear it looks almost the same as yesterday so she couldn't have cut it. Maybe it was how her hair's out of her usual ponytail? Ugh, this was driving him nuts. How can something look so similiar yet so different?
Don't even get him started with her body. Like, wow. He'd always secretly appreciate her costume's design but seeing her now just did something else to him. She looked fragile and strong at the same time, as if that was possible. Wally briefly wondered how Artemis would feel in his arms.
Her eyes though, did it for him today. Every look she gave him, even if it was just a glance or her usual spiteful glare, froze him. He'd look into her eyes and he'd be overcome by this indescribable feeling of wanting her to stay connected to him in that way. Her eyes captured him in a way Wally would gladly let her.
What kind of transformation did Artemis go through last night?! He didn't always admit to himself that the archer was beyond beautiful. What was going on?
'Wally, you're delusional. She's always been gorgeous.'
The redhead whipped his head to the side. He gave M'gann a shocked look, surprised at the sudden voice inside his head. Before he could utter a word though, the martian laughed and waved him off.
"No, I wasn't reading your mind, Wally. It's written all over your face and, besides," M'gann smiled sincerely at him, "you've been staring at her all day."
Wally watched as M'gann turned back to talk to Superboy, leaving him to his own muddled thoughts. His gaze drifted back to the trio in the waters and he watched as Artemis laughed wholeheartedly as Zatanna reprimanded Robin of something.
He was, perhaps, completely entranced by her, that much he's willing to admit. Although how, or why, he decided he needed to find out first. For now, he was okay with watching.

A/N: Ah. Probably one of my worst. I'm sorry. I had a bad day and I've been typing since I woke up so I'm still in the work-related-typing mode. If you've read this far, sorry I couldn't give you a nicer drabble-thingy. / I surprisingly received a lot of feedback from this, even though I feel like it sucks, so I decided to post this up here.
