The sun and his shadow.
A/N
this is dedicated to ItsAlrightBaz, who sits next to me in maths.
"Nico, you cannot do this, youll die" Yelled Will, as the son of Hades prepared himself for another shadow jump.
"it's the only way" he protested, "Otherwise they'll fire on camp."
Will could sense that he was going to ignore him, the son of Hades started to fade, and Will grabbed onto him, as Nico felt his last links to the world fading.
"Why? You shouldnt have come!" Cried Nico, as a feeling of despair overtook him. It was bad enough to be lost in the eternal darkness, but itwas worse bringing someone with him.
Then the two noticed, there was nothing under their feet. With a scream, the two fell.
They would probably have wanted people to think they fell in silence, laughing in the face of death. But in all actuality, the unlikely duo screamed and sobbed, praying to Hades and Apollo respectively.
Then, Nico spoke up. " Where in Hades are we"
Will didn't answer, he had been crushing on the son of Hades forever, and the boy of shadows had just grabbed his hand.
"Will are you ok?"
Will didnt answer.
"I need more strength, I cant get us out of Here"
Will didn't answer.
Nico gave up. The pair fell in silence. But then Will had an idea, Drew, before she had moved onto Jason, had spent years trying to convince him to go out with her, 'Light is like Love' she had insisted, 'One of the most powerful types of energy'
He didnt know about light, but he could certainly use the love theory.
"Nico." His voice was low and Embarrassed, "ive been crushing on you for ages. Just thought I'd tell you, since we're all alone." Will blushed fiercely, but was surprised by the reply.
" I think im crushing on you, too."
Nothing happened, Will poured all the love he had in him out into the air;
And he lit up in brilliant white light.
Within minutes, the unlikely couple were out in the sunshine, and they headed through the sunset, towards Camp Half Blood.

K, so, im sorry its so short, but never mind. I had a thought, you reveiw with suggestions or couplings, and ill turn them into oneshots in a series. Its win win. you get stories, I get reveiws.
