Alright hello! Now, I know I have two other stories to update, but I'm having writer's block. So in an attempt to get the creativity flowing, I'm just going to write some one shots. Suggestions are absolutely appreciated. Hope you all enjoy!
A Baby Brother
Darry looked down at the small person bundled up in blue blankets. Soda had to stand on his toes to see over the railing of the baby crib.
Their baby brother had been brought home from the hospital that day and they had already fallen in love.
Soda reached in between the railing to grab a hold of Ponyboy's hand with a blue mitten on it. Darry watched Soda's face light up when Ponyboy gripped his finger.
"I think he likes me Darry," Soda said with a grin spreading across his face. He wanted nothing more than for his little brother to like him.
In only the first hour Pony had been home, he was already Darry and Soda's everything.
" 'Course he likes you dummy, you're his big brother," Darry said as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.
"Why's so small, Darry?"
"He's just a baby; he won't be that small forever, but we still gotta protect him"
"Protect him from what?" Soda asked confused.
"I don't know, but we gotta cause were the big brothers," Darry said with determination.
"I'm a big brother now," Soda said to himself, looking at his baby brother with satisfaction.
I know this is super short, but it's just something to get the ball rolling. These one shots will get longer as I start getting more suggestions. Keep in mind these stories have nothing to do with each other, each chapter is a whole new prompt. So leave me some nice reviews/ideas. I will give credit to any suggestion I use!
