I don't own Young Justice. If I did, there would be a lot more Wally. A lot.
Superboy had only truly been on Earth for a few months, but in that time he had learned a lot, mostly from watching the educational box that people had everywhere, the tv.
One thing he had come to greatly appreciate was Earth's music. Watching a show about High School kids his age called High School Musical had just made him cry.
Poor Troy and Gabriella. Troy's friends did not like music and the evil villain, a rich girl named after permanent markers, had tried to tear Troy and Gabriella from each others' arms.
He wondered if M'gann would like it if he sang to her. He smiled sheepishly, unsure if the words would come to him as naturally as they did to humans. Well, he would find out. He climbed out of bed, the sun still low on the waters of Happy Harbor, Rhode Island, and headed to the kitchen, ready to sing the song in his heart to his beautiful love. In the kitchen, he began, singing as loud as he could so that M'gann would wake to the sound of his voice, like Sleeping Beauty.

Artemis stumbled out of bed to the most peculiar sound. It sounded like someone singing, slightly off key. The song was echoing all throughout Mount Justice.
"Shut if off," she moaned. What was the world coming to? And then she realized what she was hearing...
"I used to think that I could not go on And life was nothing but an awful song But now I know the meaning of true love M'gann my darling Martian from above!
"If I can see it, then I can do it If I just believe it, then there's nothing to it
"I believe I can fly I believe I can touch the sky I think about it every night and day like Superman we'll just fly away I believe I can soar I see us running through that open door I believe I can fly I believe I can fly I believe I can fly!
"See I was on the verge of breaking down cause of what the joker said, (I hate that clown)
There are things in life I must achieve like pummel my enemies, and catch jewelry THIEVES! but without you life would be a bore in fact Young Justice would be no MOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRREEEEE!
"If I can see it, then I can beat it If I just believe it, there's nothing to it Because of you I know I can do it
"And so now I'm going to try, see the adrenaline's got me feeling high, so off Mount Justice I'll jump and touch the sky!"
Suddenly the song was broken off by an unearthly scream, Artemis ran to the door to see Superboy tumbling down the mountain side. She sighed and went back in to wait with M'gann, whose eyes were wide as she stood in the living room, mouth hanging open, a completely human expression on the Martian's face. Artemis smiled.
"Well that was... unexpected." She barely held back a giggle, and then Superboy stomped in, clothes torn and various scraps of foliage sticking out of his hair. His face was flushed with embarrassment. He stomped off towards his room as Artemis burst into laughter. Hesitating only a second, M'gann ran after him.
Artemis could hear them talking. "It was supposed to have a happy ending!" He was in the middle of explaining when his words were cut off. A few seconds later she heard him say, voice shaky, "Maybe I should sing and fall off of Mountain's more often."
