Little drabble on how Yue Bay got it's name. Since Sokka couldn't name it without Suki getting out her fans and Yue using her 'moon powers' on her, I think it's a safe bet that the Avatar would be given the honor...
The table was long, covered in schematics and plans, surrounded by several people on their feet. Some important figures, and…others.
The others were builders and benders and leaders of Yu Dao; the important figures were a group of kids: the Avatar and friends. And the Fire Lord.
"And – what did you just say, Avatar?" One of the builders leaned closer to the paper, then glanced up at Aang.
"Me?" He looked behind him, quick. "Nothing."
"What are you going to name the bay?"
"Which bay?" There were several.
The man pointed it out on a map. "The one between the city and Air Temple Island."
"Hmn." Aang raised his eyes. Katara met them evenly, smiling encouragingly. Toph didn't look at him, but scowled her displeasure at the planning session instead. Zuko, his arm around Mai, seemed more curious than anything. Aang's eyes fell on Sokka, frowning and staring intensely at a paper, looking conflicted. Aang's eyes flicked to the doorway, where Suki stood guard, watching calmly.
He knew the name.
Thinking of Sokka and something that needed to be remembered, Aang placed a hand over the colored water of the map.
"I got it."
Everyone looked up.
"Yue Bay."
