AN- Hello! After being on a 3 year hiatus, I'm finally back to writing. My normal work is classic fiction writing that's normally filled with fluff. I decided to try my hand at poetry. These poems will include gems,fusions, and humans. As quick note before the chapter starts, it will be filled with feels. Comments,Reviews,Suggestions,Follows,and other things are welcome, but please do not flame.

"If every pork-chop were perfect, we wouldn't have hotdogs"
But, if a rose is a pork-chop
And a hotdog is a bud
Who'd want hotdogs?
I'm not a Rose
I'm scared to be one
Because everyday I learn
The perfect rose
Had bloodied thorns
Sometimes I feel like they wanted the Rose more than the bud
Maybe she could have stopped the corruption of so many
But I am Steven Universe
And I will fight to be everything that they expect
Me to be when I'm grown.
I'm more then just a bud
I'm a human being
