Sans and Papyrus stood in the blistering Snowdin cold, awaiting the momentous presence of W. D. Gaster, their legendary creator.

"I got a feeling in my ribcage he'll be here any skele-second," said Sans.

"Skele-second? That isn't even a pun!" yelled Papyrus. "You've gotten so lazy, you can't even do puns right anymore! How do you expect to present yourself as competent when Gaster comes?"

"A little bone told me I'll be fine," said Sans.

"When did Gaster say he'd be here again?" asked Papyrus. "I can't wait to introduce him to Undyne and the rest of the Royal Guard."

"You don't think Gaster's met Undyne before?" asked Sans. "Gaster knows everyone in this whole damn world. He knows when you're on a Pacifist path, he knows when you're on Genocide."

"You make Gaster sound like Santa Claus," said Papyrus. "Gaster is a much stronger entity than Santa Claus and Dr. Alphys put together."

"I never said he wasn't," said Sans. "God, this is boring." He flung a snowball at Papyrus.

"What did you do that for?" asked Papyrus. "You know I can't stand the frigid cold of a snowball in my face."

"Sorry, I was just trying to have some fun," said Sans. "But I guess there's no fun to be had here until Gaster comes."

"Do you still know that Snowdrake call?" asked Papyrus. "Maybe if you call Snowdrake over, he'll tell us some funny jokes to keep us entertained until Gaster comes."

"You think Snowdrake's jokes are funny and mine aren't?" asked Sans. "That comedian…"

"Huh? What are you talking about?" asked Papyrus.

"You said Snowdrake's jokes are funny just now and you said earlier that my jokes weren't funny."

"No, I meant, what did you mean by 'That comedian…'"

"I meant Snowdrake," said Sans.

"Forget it," said Papyrus. "Do you still know that Snowdrake call though?"

"I just know a Chilldrake call," said Sans.

"I thought Chilldrake isn't supposed to come until the first Snowdrake dies," said Papyrus.

"What are you talking about? There's only one Snowdrake," said Sans.

"Really? I heard the yellow soul shot like five or six Snowdrakes and a couple Chilldrakes," said Papyrus.

"There's more than one Chilldrake too? Damn, my mind is getting blown every minute," said Sans.

"You think there's more than one Snowdrake's Dad or Mom too?" asked Papyrus.

"How the hell should I know? I was only introduced to this concept by you about a minute ago," said Sans.

"Yeah, you're probably right," said Papyrus. "So, when is Gaster coming here again?"

"I don't know, man. You know, what, I'm getting tired. Let's go home," said Sans.

"We can't, we're waiting for Gaster," said Papyrus.

"But he's not coming," said Sans.

"Okay, let's go," said Papyrus.

They did not move.
