"Hey Lou, c'mere." Harry whispers to Louis softly and gently. Louis walks over to the taller boy and he gently leans over and wraps his impossibly long arms around Louis' waist.

The boat gently rocks under the moonlight. Harry has been stressed out lately. Him and Zayn got in a big fight a couple days back and they havnt made up. So Louis rented a boat to get his mind off things.

Louis leans ina nd presses a kiss to Harry's temple and one his curls brushes Louis' eyelashes. Harry blushes and smiles. "I wish he could stay here all night." Harry tells Louis softly.

"Me too." Louis replies, resting his head on Harry's shoulder. Harry stands abruptly and walks over to the picnic basket, causing the boat to rock back and forth. He pulls out the loaf of bread and pulls out two pieces. He sits on the far right side of the boat and holds out a piece of bread to a duck that's gliding by. The duck isn't paying attention, so Harry leans further.

"Be careful, Haz." Louis says nervously.

"I am." He says over his shoulder with a smirk. The duck swims over and finally takes the bread. Louis breathes a small sigh of relief. But Harry takes the second piece and also holds it out. The duck snatches up the bread with its bill as Harry tumbles over the side.

"Harry!" Louis yells after him, running to the place where he fell over. "Harry!" he yells again. Louis looks over the water and sees Harry pop up, splashing around by the motor. Louis goes to the end of the boat and reaches out to him. "Harry, grab my hand!" Lou yells. Harry throws out his hand and Louis grabs it. Its slippery and he can feel their hands sliding. Their hands loose their grip and Louis' elbow bumps the controls on the motor. The motor roars to life as Louis hears a gurgled, cut off scream. He cries out in panic as he looks down and sees Harry. Lou flips off the motor and stares in horror as he sees lots of blood and Harry slowly sinking in the water. He sobs as he sees the last of Harry's curls go underwater. What has he done? Louis has just killed the love of his life. Louis sits down on the boat and buries his face in his hands. Is Harry really dead? Did Louis just chop up his best friend and first real love? A couple minutes ago they were intertwined with each other talking about their future together. But now they will have no future together. Why didn't Louis grab Harry's lifeless hand as it was sinking? Because he was scared to see the charred remains of Harry's body beneath the surface of the water. He didn't think he could handle it.

What's Lou going to tell the boys? What about management? Or Simon? Or Harry's mother and… Gemma? What was he supposed to tell Gemma? " Oh, by the way, I cut up your little brother today." No. Louis couldn't do that. But he has too. He cant lie. Or can he? No. No he can't. That would just make matters worse.

Oh God. This was all Louis' fault.

Louis still knew that there was nothing he could do, though. Tears streamed down his face as he shakily pulled out his phone and dialed 911. Everything else happened in a big blur. He remembered Liam coming and driving him, Niall, and Zayn away from the water. He remembered being questioned by the police and then getting tucked into bed by the boys. Everything else was a cold, icy blur. He felt like he wasn't even alive. What was he going to do without his Hazza? He is now just an empty shell; Harry is what gave him his character and outgoingness. Harry was his everything and now he was gone and Louis is nothing.
