Love has its own complications
They both know that well enough- JackFrostAnna/ One-shot

He smiled slightly, his lips crooked as a frosty breath left his open mouth. She loved that soft look- it was relaxed and comfortable, something she loved about him. He was always so chill, not like some other guys she had met. And his posture was always the same; his staff would support his back while he was floating up in the air, head resting on his folded hands behind his it. Though, she could not help but envy the way he could fly into the air.
(A dance in the sky covered clouds; now that would be a dream come true.)
They would usually spend their time like that; laughing about nothing, giggling about the most child-like thoughts- sometimes even spending few quiet moments just to think about their friendship.
(Sometimes, she would think about more. Sometimes, he would think about something more.)
But they would never say it aloud. That's what makes them special you see, they both keep many secrets that the other already knows. Powers, romance, smarts, everything they always keep from each other. Ask him simple questions- and he answers simply. Ask him personal questions- and he spurts out nonsense, and vice versa. They laughed the unknown knowledge off, they knew each other well enough to talk at least.
(And then, there was another problem their love would face.)
The beautiful ice queen that resided in the same castle that Anna lives in. She was great with talking to him, and they had so many similarities that it was frightening to her. They would make an amazing pair, and the warmer princess didn't want to get in the way of them. It was rude and just un-sisterly. And he? He didn't know how to confess to the princess that stayed on his mind wherever he went.
(They could just tell each other- right then, right there.)
"Hey-"
"Listen-"
They both looked at each other at the same time, and said the things at the same time. Their eyes collided as they thought of what the appropriate reaction would be. Laughing seemed too unreal, shying away seemed too real. They were stuck in the middle of faking a laugh and awkwardly looking away from each other. But neither pulled away, they could continue looking into the other's eyes for eternity they believed.
(He scolded himself for being naïve, she reprimanded herself for falling too hard.)

A/N: Hello Rise of the Guardians and Frozen fans! I should probably introduce myself first- I'm Snowy and I write stories like everyone else that writes on here. But, I'm special. Meaning, I'm most probably ten years or so younger than all of you here. Yup, I'm a young writer and I've been writing since I was, I believe seven. Don't worry, this is my only introduction. And yes, clear a path Jelsa fans- the only Janna fan is here and probably will get overwhelmed by all of you. Oh well.
~Snowy
