Beck and Jade were engaged, and had two girls, one 6 year old named Willow and one 2 1/2 year old named Olivia. Beck had a dilemma. He didn't want Olivia to get teased when she was older for bieng named Olivia Oliver, so, he came up with a plan. He was going to change his last name to West, but he needed to tell Jade first.
It was late one night, and the girls were in bed. Beck and Jade were on the couch, just enjoying bieng in each others arms.
"Hey babe?"
"Yeah? What is it?"
"What would you think if I changed my name to West when we get married?"
Jade's eyes flew open, and she exclaimed "What? Why?"
"So Olivia doesn't get teased when she's older for bieng named Olivia Oliver. That ok?"
Jade was touched, the fact that he'd change his name for her daughter just shocked her.
"Yeah, of course it's ok. I love you, even though that was a completely sappy thing to do."
Beck smiled. "I love you too, babe."
