I wanted to make my story the most original (or at least not done before) okay, so this Lily and James story is the as Romeo and Juliet, just that the dialogue will be in regular English rather than old Elizabethan English and I played around with the plot. I will use some of the lines from the book to stay true Shakespeare's amazing story. I'm warning you now that this chapter is short. Like really short. Really, REALLY, SHORT. (Just warning you) Now without further or do, I present Lily and James; a Love Tragedy.

Prologue:
In the city of Verona, is where we lay our scene. Verona, a magical city only known to some wizards and witches, is the home of two households both alike in dignity and in magical ways. They once held power over Verona, however after disputes of riches and land, a grudge soon became to grow between them. Peace was no longer held over the two households or to the people of Verona. Dark times bloomed over the city as theft, unforgivable curses and death splurged across. The chaos reached its peak as the two families; The Potters and Evans fought neck to neck to prove that they were superior to the other. Their constant fighting led to revolts in the streets and display of violence. The Minister himself had to conduct order over the family to ensure peace for the people of Verona, even if it involved death of the two families. However, this didn't stop a pair of star-crossed lovers from uniting their love. Even their sacrifice couldn't end the quarrel of their families. Nor could their love diminish the rage of the darker forces that were penetrating the city within and outside of its walls. The dark force was greater than love, hate and death. Nothing could suffice his wrath. Nothing could.
Ohhh so what do you think? Does it sound good or confusing?
I have a feeling their might be some questions so let me get some things clear
Verona is a magical city like Hogsmeade
Instead of swords they use wands of course
Lily and James are seventeen rather than different ages like the book Romeo and Juliet. The other characters: Sirius, Remus, Severus, Peter and Mary are seventeen
Petunia will be later included
