Lieutenant Horatio Caine sat at his desk just thinking of the days happenings.

"Horatio?" Calleigh asked from the doorway. He looked up at her.

"What's up Calleigh?" he asked wearily.

"We're all heading off," Calleigh said softly. "I just wanted to make sure you were alright." Despite his pain Horatio couldn't help smiling. Typical Calleigh. She didn't know anything was up yet she could tell.

"I'm fine Calleigh," Horatio said. "Go home."

"Ok H," Calleigh said. "See you tomorrow." She walked off and a few moments later Horatio heard his team talking as they waited for the elevator. He smiled again. He should have known better than to try and hide anything from Calleigh. She knew him to well. He waited until he heard the tell tale silence which meant he was alone before dropping his head into his hands.

"Oh please let her be alright," he whispered. "Please let her be safe." With that said, he rose and also left for home, but his home was different to his colleagues. His was alone, empty but there was one upside. His home was filled with memories, memories of Yelina.
