Stay away from people
They only want to use you
Stay away from people
They only want to hurt you
No matter how sincere some may seem
In the end they'll always leave
Stay away from people
They only want to see you fail and bleed
Stay away from people
They'll make YOU want to leave
Stay away from people
They'll break your walls and tear you down
They infiltrate and temporarily soothe the cracks
Pretending to care and put you back
Whispering sweet nothings, heart clenching promises, and pointless vows
Only to eventually, always eventually...
Leave you to rot and fix yourself
Expected to heal fresh wounds inflicted on already scarred tissue
Alone
Expected to be strong and pull through
However...After so much hurt, so much betrayal
One gets...tired
So very tired

Stay away from people
They only serve to hurt you
Stay away from people
Or they'll make you hurt you...
