Chapter 1 Tomoyo Daidouji

I stretched as I sat up in bed. My eyes went to a picture on my nightstand. I smiled as I picked it up and held it. It was taken last year during the summer. A fun trip to the states. It was a selfie of me and her. Her eyes were still sad but she had her hair in a side ponytail sunglasses that graced the top of her head. She had a t-shirt dress that said "I break for cowboys" with a belt and cowboy hat. I wore shorts, button up shirt with cowboy boots that I had just bought. We were posing in front a sunset in California. I so wished that girl was still here but I knew what to expect.

I scooted off the bed and walked to the closet. I have to admit that school uniforms were cute enough to wear. I pulled off my nightgown. Looked at my reflection, so plain not cute and sunkissed like her. I sighed as I pulled up the skirt. I put on the button - up shirt slowly watching each move my reflection made. I started to wonder what she thought of in the morning. How was she able to get herself ready and pumped for the day with the crap that she went through?

I went into the bathroom, brushed my teeth and then my hair, pulling it back into a long ponytail that curled at the end. I put on my light makeup to make me look natural, I stared at the amythst eyes that peered back me. I sighed as I closed my eyes. I must be strong for her.

I put on my tie and jacket that was form fitting, perfect for spring. I marched downstairs grabbed my toast and id. I glanced casually at the picture.

"Tomoyo Daidouji"

Perfect, pretty and Popular. Why can I have it all but she can't. I put my shoes on, stuffed the warm toast in my mouth as I walked out the door.

I had to be there early to meet up with her, just to make her day a little better.
