A. N: This was a request at the Drabble Request Thread. maisie mullings wanted a drabble with Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter, and The missing link was to be a prompt. I hope you maisie mullings and other readers like this which I wrote for you.
Disclaimer: Not blond, not from England and I have not written the Harry Potter books. I'm sorry about that.
"I don't get it." Draco Malfoy complained in the dramatic way which was his trademark. "I just don't."
"What is there to get?" Harry sighed. "It was quite simple. It wasn't meant to happen but it did anyhow and we need to make the best of it."
"But how could my father..."
"Our father." Harry hastily corrected, hiding his smile behind the Potions book he was supposed to take notes from.
"He's not your father, he's mine!" Draco hissed angrily.
"Gee, aren't we sensitive about it." Harry snickered smarmily. "You may continue to be as spoiled as you are. But it doesn't change the fact that your father had an affair with my mother ."
"I still don't believe it." Draco said in his most arrogant voice.
Harry rolled his eyes "Well, that's because you have never been in the power of alcohol."
"Have too!" Draco yelled childishly.
"But don't worry." Harry told the Slytherin boy, pretending that he hadn't heard the last thing. "I can ensure you that when there are better times, I'll teach you a lesson you'll never forget. You will discover..." Harry raised his arms up in a dramatic move and whispered. "The missing link."
And then Harry did nothing else but to laugh at Draco's dumbstruck face.
