Tony and Steve were together one year, on the anniversary of one year, Fury called Steve

Fury: Steve I need you to come see something

Steve worried called Tony and said he would be late

reaching shield, Steve is faced with a small baby, Fury was looking at the little boy in a crib impromptu Steve looked at the baby and smile

Fury: This is Peter Parker, his parents and uncles died in an accident a few hours ago

Steve: What do you need me sir

Fury: I know you And Stark been together for a while, but I would leave the boy with you
