Lauren Lewis had been working on a very important fae blood cell count in her lab when she got the call from Bo that she needed her immediately, and that the brunette wasn't allowed into the facility.
It had been two weeks after the new Ash had been chosen by stag hunt and he was making it very clear there was a new law in town. Lauren had grabbed her medicine bag quickly and jogged down the long hallway. She was scared to think of what had gotten a hold of Bo and she wanted to help any way she could.
So when Lauren bolted out of the doors, looked around quickly for a bleeding, wounded Bo, and instead saw the brunette sitting idly on the curb, she had to stop herself from sighing venomously and heading back inside. Lauren came from behind Bo and glared down at her.
"What's up, doc?" Bo said happily as she held up a foam cup with what looked like whipped cream inside. "Frozen yogurt?"
"You called me out here for yogurt? Bo, I thought you were hurt."
"Well the yogurt is so yummy it knocked me on my ass," Bo said as she looked down at her own cup. "Promise you it's better than anything you have going on inside." Bo looked up and pouted as she made the cup in her hand dance with want. She smiled smugly as Lauren let out a harsh breath and sat down next to Bo on the curb; setting her bag next to her body. Taking the cup and slipping the yogurt into her mouth, she let out a moan of joy.
"This is pretty good," she said as she took in another spoonful. "I haven't had anything all day thanks to, Lachlan." Her voice dipped when she said the new Ash's name and Bo couldn't help but laugh.
"'What an Ashhole', as Kenzi likes to say."
The two women laughed as they ate their yogurt and Lauren glanced sidelong at Bo. She watched as the brunette held the spoon downward so her tongue could lick everything from it, and she had to look away quickly as her cheeks burned. Bo glanced over at Lauren and smirked, she could see Lauren's essence burn just a bit brighter.
As the two finished their yogurt, Bo finishing last despite her having eaten most of hers before Lauren came out, they stood and wiped their behinds of any gravel. Bo took Lauren's cup and placed it inside her own and smiled brilliantly at Lauren as she picked up her bag. Lauren smiled in response and began walking back into the compound.
"Can I do this again sometime?"
Lauren looked back at Bo, paused, and smiled gently. "Bo, you can do it as many times as you want."
The brunette watched until Lauren went beyond her eyesight and clapped her hand to the cup as she said a silent 'yes!' to herself. A few days later Bo would do the same thing. And a few days after that, and a few days after that, until Lauren would run away to spend the days at the clubhouse.
Bo's eyes burned brightly with conquest as she half skipped, half walked, to her car.
She just loved it when plans went the way they should.
