Runaway Locomon Part 2

"Okay then I'll sing!" Rika's mom stood up took the mike and started singing. "I wanna sing a song.

A song that'll wake you up…" She suddenly stopped, as if she remembered something long past, But no one noticed.

Takoto had followed Rika to the porch. "Rika" he whispered. Renamon appeared behind him and shook her head. Takoto followed her back to the party. "So what's with the singing thing?" he asked.

"I don't know" Takoto blinked "You're her partner, don't you ever talk?" "Like Takoto and me!" Guilmon said, jumping up. Renamon looked down.

"Hello Tamers." Rika jumped. She had thought that she was alone. But on both sides of her were Takoto, Henry and Suzie, Kazu, Kenta, Ryo, and even Jerri and Alice. Standing in front of them were 12 digimon. A yellow dinosaur, a pink bird, a beast with a yellow belly, blue and white fur and a gold horn, a umm…orange and white thing with wings as ears, a plant, a bug, a cat with gloves, a fish with a mohawk, a green worm, a yellow armadillo, a red and white bird and a blue dinosaur with a V on it's forehead. Everyone know who these digimon were, they were the basic digimon everyone had in their first deck.

"But I'm no tamer." Alice began

"Neither am I" Jerri's eyes filled with tears

"Yes you are" Palmon ran up to them, carrying two digi-eggs. The eggs glowed as soon as they were touched. A D-3 fell from the sky and Alice caught it. The eggs hatched

"Dobermon" The baby form of Dobermon, hopped up and down.

"His name's Paomon now" Biyomon said.

Jerri still had tears in her eyes as she looked at her little digimon friend

"Now on to business" Everyone looked at the digimon

"The digiworld is in danger" began V-mon

"And you want us to save it" finished ryo.

"Not just you. We'd like you to find our partners, the Digidestined

"Wha" Jerri woke with a start. It was…just a dream. But then she looked over to her desk and found a blanket turned into a nest. Sleeping snugly inside, was her little digimon friend
