None of these characters belong to me and I apologize for any OOC moments.
Hiro sat quietly in his room as he stared at his computer screen. It had been about three weeks since he and the others had stopped Callaghan and they were currently trying to recover from the hectic battle. Hiro frowned, Baymax was still trying to be rebuilt, and Tadashi was gone. Hiro put his hands over his eyes and whimpered.
The thought of the night his brother was killed brought tears to His eyes. He still couldn't believe what happened to him, he couldn't believe that he, Hiro Hamada, had let his only brother die. Hiro slammed his fist into the desk as an uncontrollable amount of tears fell from his eyes.
"Hiro?" a familiar female voice asked.
He turned and saw Gogo standing at the top of the stairs with a worried expression.
"Are you alright?"
He sniffled and wiped tears away from his eyes with his arm, "Y-Yeah I'm fine, thanks Gogo. W-What are you doing here?"
She frowned and walked over and sat down on his bed. "The others and I were worried about you, you haven't been coming to school in a week and you haven't been contacting us at all," she paused when she saw him look down at the floor, "This is about Tadashi, isn't it?"
He nodded slowly, "I could've done something."
"No you couldn't have Hiro."
"Yes, I could've Gogo," he said as he stood up, "I graduated school when I was 13; I'm a part of a collage for robotic geniuses, and I didn't do ANYTHING to save Tadashi!"
"Hiro there was nothing you could do, it all happened so fast! Stop blaming yourself!" Gogo snapped as she grabbed him by the shoulders. Hiro looked up at her with tears forming in his eyes, she sighed and loosened her grip, "Look, I know you miss him, I do to, but he would've wanted us to remember the good things that happened, not the bad. He's still with us, as long as we remember him."
He looked down at his floor and whimpered, "That doesn't mean it still doesn't hurt."
"…"
She gave a small nod and pulled him into a hug and rocked him gently back and forth, "I know Hiro, I know."
They stayed like that until Gogo could feel Hiro's body start to go weak; she laid him gently on his bed and turned off the lights. She stood on the first step that led down to the second floor; she then looked back at the sleeping boy and smiled.
"Good night Hiro."
I hope you enjoyed it, sorry if the story was really short ^^. Comments are always helpful and thanks for reading. J
