Just for quick reference this won't be like the game at all. I didn't want this story
to be just like the game. So in short this won't be anything like the game. Okay
enough of me talking lets get into the story.
**********************************
POV: Tyler
I had just got home from my friends house and I hanged my coat up. I just sat down at my desk and I opened my computer, its been two weeks since I just returned form serving in the military. I served in the marines for 6 months and needless to say it was the best and worse time of my entire life. But I don't like to talk about the past, I had taken interest in a game called Five Nights at Freddy's. I liked the game because of the story and lore behind it. I usually took liking to games that an interesting story behind it, but something didn't feel right about the new Fnaf game, Fnaf World. I don't know why but for whatever reason I felt like I had to play it like my body was saying yes but my mind was saying no.
One night I was finally about to play the game, but just when I was about to start I had an uneasy feeling in my stomach. I quickly shut off the computer and decided that I needed to probably sleep for a bit before I played. I just took off my shirt and plopped down on top of my bed and shut my eyes. I felt a strange feeling pass over me as I shut my eyes and began to drift off into sleep.
(Tyler's mind)
I snapped my whole body up and began to realize that I wasn't in my bed anymore. My vision was blurred and I noticed that it looked like I was in the middle of the desert. I immediately realized where I was and recognized the place as the old military base that I was stationed at. I looked around the base and realized that the base was empty, not a single soldier was in sight. I looked around some more and then I looked at my body and realized that my gear and my sniper that I was given was on me. I felt the barrel of my M40A5 sniper and gripped it, I didn't like to think about it but I know that I ended a couple lives with my sniper.
Ever since I got my first kill it had haunted me for a long time, I still remember it when it happened...
(Flashback)
"Bravo-1 do you have eyes on the targets up on that hill"
I grabbed my radio and answered back saying "Yes I got eyes on one of the targets but I don't have eyes on the other sniper..."
I heard the major reply through the radio "If you have a clean shot you take it, one less sniper means that it becomes safer for our other units in the area."
As much as I didn't want to kill another human being I did know that the major was probably right. I heard from my buddy that a whole squad was wiped out because a group of snipers in the area I was in. I took a deep breathe and looked through the scope of my sniper and began to scan the area.
After what seemed like a couple minutes I found the enemy sniper in my scope again. I took another deep breathe and zeroed in on him to make sure that the shot was going to kill the sniper. I was a little nervous about shooting the person but I began to think of all the lives that the sniper has taken and probably will take if I let him live. I made sure that I was just at the right angle to take a shot at him and with one squeeze of the trigger my gun fired.
I watched through the scope as the enemy sniper fell forward on his face. I took a sigh and tried to relax but no matter what I did I felt a ton of guilt and felt like I made a mistake. I grabbed my radio and said to HQ "One hostile down, I don't got eyes on any more hostile targets..."
What seemed like forever I finally got a reply "Good work Sergeant get to the LZ and pull back to base"
"Yes sir I'll be there shortly." I grabbed my rifle off the ground and began to walk to the LZ. I looked back at where the body of the sniper was and took sighed, I turned back around and began to walk away.
(Flashback ends)
I still remember the feeling whenever I pulled the trigger on that man, not one of my most proudest moments. I began to look around the base again and I felt chills go down my spine. I was about to sit down and try to wake up but all of the sudden I heard a voice.
"You..."
I immediately brought up my sniper and began to scan the area. I quickly yelled out to the person talking "Who said that? Show yourself!" I didn't mean for that last part to come out harsh but I was ready to do what was necessary to survive even if this was a dream.
"You are the one that can help me..."
I didn't know what that meant but I was not having any of it "Who are you and what is it that you want from me?"
"I know you are hurting Tyler, I have been watching over you for a long time and I have seen how lonely you have become ever since you became disconnected from your family." I flinched when he said that. "I know how you struggled with your inner demons after your time in the military, but I wanted to talk to you so we could help each other."
I lowered my gun but my guard was still up, but something didn't feel right with this voice. I was getting the same feeling that I was getting from that Fnaf World game.
I guess he could tell what I was thinking because the next thing he said was. "Before you ask, yes I was the reason you were getting that feeling, I was trying to get your attention but you kept avoiding the 'game'."
I was a bit skeptical of what he just said so I asked "What is it that you need my help with?"
I heard the voice sigh and the voice replied "There are beings in my world that harming the inhabitants living there. I have see your skills and they are what I require to help save my world."
"Two quick questions; What do I do when I get there and what do I get out of this?" I didn't know how I feel about my current situation and I began thinking if I should help this voice.
"Like I said early I have seen how you struggle with your inner demons, that can be fixed in my world and should you accept you would have to meet with my friend Fredbear."
I began thinking about the task that I was given and I began thinking about how my PTSD has affected me everyday. I looked up into the air and said "Alright voice I accept...but how do I get there?"
I heard a sigh which I'm guessing came from the voice, but the voice spoke up. "I will send you there, and thank you...would you like to look around before you leave?"
"No as much as I would want to tale a trip down memory lane I think that I should get going."
"Very well, I admire your determination just don't let it get you killed...farewell Tyler and good luck." With that the surrounding area became brighter and the whole area started to turn into a carton like state and my eyes shut.
(Reality)
I awoke to the feeling of heat and realized that I was still in my combat gear. I looked around and found my M40 and my M9 Beretta and I began to look around the area around me. It actually seemed quite peaceful here, well at least it was until I heard a yell. I picked up my guns and made my way towards the direction of the yell, I began to run up a hill. When I looked over the other side of the hill I saw a bunch of gears with a rats head attacking two foxes and a kid.
I immediately took action and looked through the scope of my M40, I got a closer look and saw a pink/white fox and an orange/white fox and the kid. I saw that both foxes were down and the rats were going to attack the kid so I took aim at one of the rats and fired...
