Author Note: I decided to do another fanfic for Body of Proof with Megan and Tommy. I hope that you like it. I am thinking about writing a second chapter to this storyline. I am so mad at ABC for cancelling this show that it's not even funny.
"Do you understand that you are the one thing that matters to me the most? I don't want to see you hurt or in pain." Tommy said to Megan as they were walking into the station.
"Tommy this is not the time to go over this. What if someone hears you say that?" Megan asked him.
"I don't care if someone hears me saying these things. I don't want to lose you since I just got you back." Tommy revealed that they just started to date again.
"I will see you later if we have a case or at my place tonight. Lacey is with her father tonight" Megan revealed to her boyfriend.
"alright. I need to go into the station now. So I will see you later." He said giving her a kiss on the forehead. He turns and walks away.
Case
Tommy and Adam got called away on a case and there is an explosion that sends both of them to the hospital. Megan walks into his room to make sure that he is okay.
"What were you thinking?" Megan asked him
"We were doing our jobs." He responded to her. "I am fine."
"Yeah well now you have to stay here for the night." She revealed to him. "That's what I was told by your doctor."
Visiting hours are over and Megan leaves. Tommy falls fast asleep and the next morning he is ready to get out of the hospital. When Megan doesn't show up, he gets worried and calls her phone. It goes to voicemail. Lucky for him, he is clear to drive and heads over to her place to find her sound asleep. He climbs into bed with her and then falls asleep. He doesn't have to report to work for at least until Monday. They spend the rest of the weekend together.
