A new life.
Chapter 1.
What the hell do you mean, you can't keep this up? asked a shocked Chloe.
It's just not working out Chloe, I can't keep pretending that it is.
Morris o Brien was trying to be as polite as possible, but Chloe was just fuming.
Look I'll give you some time to think about this.
However Chloe had heard enough, just get out Morris now.
But I'm not finished yet.
Chloe bit back, but I am, out now, ordered a furious Chloe feeling as though she wanted to throw something at him.
Morris finally gave up, and exited the house.
Chloe felt betrayed, he didn't even want to try to improve things.
She ran upstairs and packed all of his things, and threw them on the porch, and then cried.
Eventually she found the courage to pick up the phone and ring the only person she wanted to speak to, and that person was, guess who? Ya Jack Bauer.
Jack was in tears of laughter, as he watched Father Ted, an Irish sitcom.
When the phone rang, he got annoyed, he never liked his TV time to be interrupted.
Bauer? answered Jack.
Jack its Chloe.
Chloe my god what's wrong?
Morris ended things between us.
Oh I'm so sorry, do you want me to come over.
Yes please Jack.
O.K I'm on my way.
He hung up the phone, wait till I get my hands on him, was all he could think about.
Chapter 2.
Chloe was sitting quietly waiting for Jack to arrive.
She suddenly heard the sound of boxes falling over.
She jumped up fast and ran for the front door.
She found Jack trying to stand up after tripping over the boxes, that Chloe had thrown out there earlier.
Thanks for that Chloe, you could have at least told me about these boxes.
I forgot about them, sorry.
It's fine, where's Morris?
He left.
He has some nerve just walking out like that.
Well I actually threw him out, said Chloe trying not to be to innocent.
Oh well you probably had a reason for that.
Ya well, I had no other choice, he wasn't staying here.
She suddenly started crying, and Jack held her until she stopped.
Over the next few months, Jack helped Chloe get over Morris, and she was eventually feeling much better.
Before long they had become a couple, and they were happy with each other.
One day Jack had to say something to Chloe.
Morris has a right to know about us.
I think your right, but let's wait a while, and we'll tell him soon.
OK how about we go for dinner tonight.
Sounds good to be.
However Jack was planning on telling Morris tonight.
Chapter 3.
Chloe was sitting in the bar of the restaurant waiting for Jack, who still hadn't arrived.
A man approached her.
You here alone he asked, clearly interested in her.
I'm waiting for someone.
Well until he gets here, lets make the most of it.
I don't think so.
Why not?
Well step over here and meet my friend Jack, and he'll explain the rest.
Even though jack wasn't there, the man backed off.
Jack saw Morris enter the bar, and walk up to him.
So what's the problem Jack?
Well I'll just say it, Chloe and I are together, and we're happy.
Is this a joke? asked Morris.
No it's not.
You bastard, yelled Morris, as he punched Jack in the nose.
Jack was taken by surprise, and tried to defend himself.
Two bar men dragged him off Jack.
Chloe was still waiting, when Jack walked in.
Jack were have you O my god, seeing his nose.
I told Morris.
Oh Jack I said not yet.
It doesn't matter now, he knows and he can't change that.
We re fine now.
Chloe knew he was right, and she was happy, that they were now officially together.
The end.
