Prologue - living with Renee
Bella Swan is that girl in school that every one talk about for being weird she didn't conform to the usual popularity contest that came with the hell that is high school.
"Mom I'm home" Bella called as she came in through the door from school.
"Get out of my sight you little freak" her mom Renee harshly whispered to her. She was entertaining one of her male 'friends'.
Renee went into the kitchen lifted a bottle of coke, a bottle of water, an apple and a bag of chips and shoved them at Bella.
"Here there's dinner don't come back down them stairs."
Bella ran up the stairs with tears in her eyes. What no one knew about Bella was that she was a compulsive bulimic. She hid her anorexic body under baggy clothes. Bella hated her life and prayed each night that god would end it; she prayed each time Renee got drunk and hit and each time one of Renee's friends came on to her.
She use to live with her dad Charlie and her brother Jasper but when she was nine Charlie was shot on duty in the town of forks where they had lived. She was meant to go live with her Dads College buddy Carlisle but Renee had other ideas and took her away to Arizonian leaving jasper behind.
As Bella was throwing her ring up over the toilet bowl she cried for all she had lost her dad, her brother, her dream life with Carlisle and most importantly herself.
