Nessie and Jacob fled, and are now on the run as Jacob and Vanessa Wolfe. From Renesme's POV. Not very much so far, sorry. Will update when I get more ideas. No flames, please.

1. Chapter 1

Chapter one: The Letter,

"My dearest Renesmee, I thought we would have forever together. But forever isn't as long as I'd hoped. I know now why Alice left me clues; it's to keep you safe. Everything you and Jacob will need is in this pack. Jacob will protect you and he'll help you learn about the Tekona legends. I hope you will live a long life that is happy, and one day find out the truth.

I folded up the letter as tears formed in the corners of my eyes, and opened the locket around my neck. Inside it was the picture of my parents, smiling in each other's arms. Along with it was the saying, Plus que ma propre vie. More than my own life, that's how much she loved me. It proved true, considering how she was gone, and I was still here.
