Hello I am back with another Rise of the Guardians Fanfic!
The first chapter will be a back story and everything
Sorry if it's short but next chapter will be longer!
Prologue: My first memory
Lilly's POV
I woke up and all I saw was animals surrounding me. They were treating me like I'm there mum or carer or sibling as they are nuzzling against me and a few have fallen asleep next to me.
"You finally woke up how are you?" Asked a fox who was nuzzling against my leg.
"How can I understand you?" I asked. "Oh yeah and I am fine just a little confused.
"It's because you are the one who the moon has chosen to take care of us when we are sick or injured" The fox said.
I got up and looked around and I saw in a river that I was wearing a light green dress that came down to my knees with no shoes and that I had dark brown hair that reached down to my waist. I knew that my hair was going to be a menace when I go exploring and when it was windy so I decided to make a braid in my hair and tie it up with a leaf. I also had emerald green eyes.
When I decided to go for a walk to explore I told the animals.
"Well I am going exploring I am going to take two of you and the rest of you why don't you go into the cave over there so when I get back you are warm" I said.
"Ok! We will send Snow and Jessie with you" The animals chorused together.
Two snow leopards stepped forward and nuzzled against me.
"Lilly-Anne we are your protectors for today" One of them said.
"Well which one is Jessie?" I asked. "Also you can call me Lilly"
"I am Jessie the one on your left side is snow" Jessie said who is on my right side.
Jessie, Snow and I set off in the jungle with some snow still left on the ground and with a light breeze flying.
After walking for about 5 minutes which involved me climbing trees and swinging branch to branch I accidently ran into a woman.
"Sorry" I said with red streaks on my cheeks.
"It's ok dear what's your name" The woman asked, she looked to be about 25 or younger with a blue, brown, green coloured dress on.
"Lilly, what's yours" I asked.
"Mother Nature but you can call me Rose" Rose/ Mother Nature said.
"Well the moon did fulfil his promise here is a very good example for an animal protector and nurse" Rose said circling me.
"How do you know that I am an animal protector" I asked.
"Every spirit knows that the animals needed a protector and here you are!" She said.
"Um ok?" I said unsure.
"Dear we must introduce you to the other spirits that control climate and the seasons" She said.
"What about tomorrow I have to go back to take care of my animals" I said stroking Jessie and Snow.
"Sure It's dark I have to go back and treat some plants" She said already hovering.
"How are you flying?" I asked.
"It's simple but for you use your wings" She said calling out bye.
"What wings?" I murmured to myself.
"Just preteend to spread wings and it will happen" Snow explained.
I did what Snow told me and sure enough I have a pair of long white angelic wings.
"Cool" I said.
So Jessie, Snow and I took off home chasing each other and when we got home all safe and sound, some bears went out looking out for food and bought it back and I fed the sick animals and myself and then we went to bed looking forward to tomorrow.
