So, we all wanted Rose to stay throught the entire series, at least I did. :) Now I made it happen!
Disclaimer: I don't own Doctor Who, and if I did, Rose and the Doctor would have a baby named Charlotte. Anyway, since I'm writing this with 11: Geranimo!
"What's this?" Rory picked up a picture-of a familiar pinstriped maniac and blonde companion. For some reason the Ponds had decided to snoop around the bow-tie enthusiast's room while he awkwardly stood in the doorway.
"Ah, that's me… a long time ago. And Rose."
The Ponds, could hear it in his voice, she wasn't just a friend of his. Amy looked at him with her eyebrows raised. "Well? Tell us?"
"It was a long time ago, she traveled with me…"
"And…?" Amy was not going to give up. "That's certainly not all she was. Who was Rose?"
"After the Time War, I hopped planet to planet-alone. Then she was about to die from shop window dummies, long story, anyway, I told her to 'Run!' Rose Tyler. She kept me company, and she stole my hearts. Then… she was… gone." He put on his cheerful front and dismissed his relapse of emotion. "Where to next? We could go see how the Face Of Boe is doing! We could see the fall of the Egyptian Empire! Hmmm? What'd you say?"
"Time can be rewritten-" Rory tried.
"No."
"But you can save her!" Amy snapped, she was…mad.
"Rose is my past. I can't rewrite my own timeline. Time Lords said-"
"Screw the Time Lords!" Amy cried, "They're all dead! You can do whatever you want! So you are going to turn this box around and save Rose Tyler!"
The Doctor looked at her, measuring her. All of a sudden, he beamed. "Ok! I am going to save her!"
The TARDIS brought him to the Void opening, (how? He had no idea), and he saw the lever lowering, and Rose trying to pull it. This was it. This was when he was going to save Rose Tyler.
"Noooooo," He screamed and, after kissing her of course, he pulled the lever. The void closed. He did it, but it took him a second to realize, and then HE DID IT! Rose and the past Doctor, (he'd completely forgotten about him), looked completely baffled at his outbreak of very white dancing. He grinned and ran back in the TARDIS, waving goodbye. In the TARDIS, there she was! Like she'd never left! Well, she didn't! He ran up and hugged her!
"Doctor?! What is going on?" Rose looked confused, but he didn't mind. He saved her.
He saved her. It was Martha and Rose that got stuck in 1969 with hm. It was her that watched helplessly as John Smith fell in love with Nurse Redfern. It was her face that appeared along his in pictures hung up all over the TARDIS. It was Rose that comforted him after the Master died.
She was with him. Rose went to ancient Rome with him and Donna; Rose saw the Planet of the Ood. She met his daughter, Jenny. She went to the deserted Library. "Alone," was not a word he used to describe himself since the Time War. Rose held him as he was dying. He didn't need to go back on her timestream, she was right there.
Growing up, Amelia Pond had two imaginary friends: Raggedy Man, and the Blonde Woman. In WWII England, with the Dalek threat, Rose and the Doctor reminisced about gas-masked zombies. Amy, Rose and the Doctor met Van Gough. Rose liked bow ties. Rose was there. She held his hand through the Pandorica opening, and insisted that she explode the TARDIS with him to reboot the universe. She was there.
Rose and Amy cried over his lifeless body on the beach. It was Rose and the Ponds that fought the Silence. She got to meet Sexy! When the Doctor was dying and he asked for a Hologram of someone he hadn't screwed over, she materialized. He had saved her.
Yes? No? Too Cheesy? :) What did you think?
