If HYDRA has taught us anything, it's that every one has their purpose. Carpenters build, hunters kill, monarchs rule. We were are no exception. Our purpose is to destroy the Avengers.
We are a team assembled by HYDRA to complete their most difficult mission, destroy the Avengers and take down SHIELD. Many have tried before us, each one failing.
We all got here in different ways. Leo was a street kid, found living in an old, deteriorating abandoned shed somewhere in Germany when he was 6. His parents died in a house fire when he was an infant. It wasn't until he was moved to his fifth foster home that he discovered he was the reason for this fire. He ran away and lived on the streets for a year before HYDRA found him and rescued him. Leo is pyrokinetic, meaning that he could create and control fire.
Jo was brought in after her parents were murdered in France when she was only three years old. They had been walking down the street after a night out when an assassin killed her parents in cold blood. The assassin spared the crying girl, leaving her with the bodies of her parents. HYDRA had been tracking this assassin and found the little girl and recruited her to the program. She later found out the name of her parents assassin, Natasha Romanov, the Black Widow. She trained under the Winter Soldier, and HYDRA scientists enhanced her speed, making her the fastest being alive. They also experimented in giving her sonic scream. There were a few nasty tests gone wrong in the process. Let's just say that she doesn't speak much louder than a whisper anymore, if she speaks at all.
Brendan and Liam are twins from Ireland. Their mother was only a teenager when she had them. She kept them for three years until she gave them up to an orphanage because she didn't want them anymore. They spent two years there until a HYDRA scout discovered their abilities and recruited them. Brendan had the ability to control light waves, allowing himself to become invisible, which made him perfect for stealth missions. Liam could duplicate himself, turning one boy into an army.
I was a different story. I wasn't born like others and brought into Hydra. I was created in a lab by Hydra scientists to be the perfect soldier. I was built to destroy SHIELD and serve Hydra, and that is exactly what I plan on doing. I had all of the abilities of Captain America and the training of Black Widow. HYDRA had managed to recover some of the leaders of the Red Room to assist in my "training." Along with this, I was also given the power of empathy, allowing me to read and control the emotions of others.
The five of us, with our power, are unstoppable. We will not rest until the Avengers are destroyed.
