Academy City is a city of science with technology years ahead of the rest of the world. With 2.3 million residents, most being students, it has a lot of schools. And most of those living in the city are what is known as espers with powers from just about anything from controlling electricity to mind control. Our story begins October 9th. The day Academy City gains its independence as a sovereign city-state.

A man walked in the city's board of directors building. The man is in his forties, with black hair and blue eyes. He a wears a black vest and black pants. He was walking to the room where everyone from the board of directors was currently celebrating. But he's not in the mood for it.

Everyone in the room was celebrating for what just happened. The Academy City had been acknowledged as sovereign city-state. Everyone drank their wine, talked and laughed. Until the door opened and everyone looked at the man walk in, a sour look on his face.

"He doesn't seem very happy" Was whispered from one colleague to another.

"Hello Hank! It looks like you came late for the party" Another man said. He had a bald head and his face looked similar to a frog.

"Hello Heaven Canceller" Hank said before looking to the others with a frown.

"The reason I came late for the party was because I took a detour into one of the secret labs belong to board of directors" Hank stated, taking something from his pocket and placing it onto the table. It was a small vial containing a red liquid.

"Tell me this is not what I think is it" A woman said, looking at the vial with surprise. She was in her late thirties, she had long brown hair and brown eyes.

"If you think that is poor attempt to replicate my work, then you'd be right." Hank spoke, his gaze rolling over the people in the room.

"The Pym Particles are one of the greatest revolutions science has ever developed, help us put it to good use." Another man spoke up, Hank turned to him.

"Put it to the good use? Like what you did to your granddaughter Gensei? No thanks." Hank snorted.

"If only you protected Henry with such ferocity. Doctor Pym" Gensei said in a mocking tone.

Heaven Canceller closed his eyes while the others sighed. Gensei soon found himself laying on the ground with a broken jaw as Hank was held back by the woman.

"Easy Hank." The woman said, casting an angry glance at Gensei.

"You mention my son again and I'll show you ferocity!" Hank growled, pointing his finger at Gensei.

"Don't look at me, you said it." Heaven Canceller said when Gensei looked at him.

"I resign." Hank finally spoke up after a moment of silence.

"I can't accept it." Came a voice from a screen in the room. A person appeared on the screen, showing someone that looks like an adult, yet also a child; like a man, yet also a woman; like a saint, yet also a sinner.

As Hank recognized the person, he immediately scowled.

"Look what we have here, Aleister Crowley finally shows his face"

"Hank! This city needs your invention, don't let your past determine your future" Crowley says in a calm manner.

"I don't resign from this city, I resign from the board of directors and as long I live nobody will get that formula." Hank growled and walked out from the room. The woman quickly followed him, not before saying one last thing.

"You should consider yourself lucky, my husband can do worse than brake your jaw."

"We should not let him leave the building" Gensei huffed as he stood up.

"You already angered him, now you're ready to go war with him?" Heaven Canceller laughed slightly.

"Yes! Our scientists can't even come close to replicating the formula!" Gensei speaks adamantly, looking ready to pull his hair out.

"He just kicked your ass, full size. Do you really want to find out what it's like when you can't see him coming" Heaven Canceller warned, before taking his leave of the room.

Gensei turned to the screen, seemingly searching for answers.

"He can get into any security building he want if we give him a reason to do that" With that last word of warning from Crowley, the screen promptly turned off.

"Hank, Janet! Wait up!" Heaven Canceller shouted, nearly jogging to the couple outside the building.

"You can't convince me to change my decision." Hank said.

"Who said I wanted to convince you?" Heaven Canceller chuckled "I want you guys to know that I also decided to resign too."

That was a shock.

"Why did you do something like that?" Janet asked.

"Because I'm a doctor, politics isn't my thing. I tire of the lies." Heaven Canceller chuckles.

"So what are you going to do?" Hank asked, curiosity evident in his tone.

"I'm thinking of opening a hospital in this city to save as many people as possible." Heaven Canceller reveals.

"If you need help about the biological side just call us and we'll be glad to help" Janet said.

"Thank you for the offer! But what about you? What are you two going to do now?" Heaven Canceller asked.

"To be honest, Janet and me always wanted to open a school." Hank said.

"Brilliant! What are you going to call it?" Heaven Canceller asked, obviously curious.

Janet and Hank looked at each other and smiled, nodding, before turning to the doctor.

"A Certain High School!"

I got idea after watch the fight between Captain America team vs Iron man team in Captain America Civil War. When Ant-man grow big to fight that screen is awesome. This story will begin after Index season 2.
