She was desperate. She has just arrived D.C after a year in Afghanistan, all she wanted was talk to him and ask him if they could have another chance. She may not disturb him at work, she thought, so she went to his apartment at a reasonable time when she knew he would be home, only to find out he had moved away last month, then she thought, I'll go speak to her, she was his partner for good's shake, so she went to her apartment as well, but surprisely, she had moved also. She decided to go to have a coffee and go to find a hotel, the following day she would go to her work; she would give her the information to contact him. She just passed a dinner and decided to eat something and have a cup of coffee. She told the waitress what she wanted and picked up the newspaper next to her, and decided to read it while the meal wasn't ready. And then, she found the answers she needed in the social chronicle section, a bid head title all along the page:
