In this story, Bruce is stuck in Hulk form due to something I read up on a wiki. Takes place 7 months after Avengers: Endgame.
-Avengers Facility 2.0-
Hulk's Room
In a new Avengers Facility following the Battle of Earth, Hulk is sitting in his room, looking at a picture of Natasha with a look of great sorrow. Ever since her sacrifice to get the Soul Stone, Hulk didn't exactly take her death lightly.
-Diner-
Needing to get his mind off of her, Hulk gets dressed and heads out to a diner, sitting at a booth and ordering a large order of waffles and bacon. Due to his large size, he needed to eat a lot to get energy. As Hulk waits for his food, he looks at possible vacation spots. After several minutes of doing this, he hears a feminine voice call to him.
"Excuse me. Mind if I sit here?" The voice asks, sounding feminine...and very familiar.
Hulk looks in the general direction of where the voice was coming from and gasps. The voice came from a busty woman...that looked exactly like Natasha. The only difference he could spot that made the woman different from Natasha was the woman's long blonde hair that flowed past her shoulders. "Natasha? How are you here? You're dead...!" Hulk says in his mind as he gazes at the woman as if he's looking at a ghost. "Uh, sure. Y-Yeah. Sit." The woman smiles as she sits across from him.
"Thank you, Mr. Hulk." The woman says, crossing her legs as she sits. "I'm Anna."
"Anna. Nice to meet you, Anna." Hulk says, still caught off guard by her uncanny resemblance to his former girlfriend. "You're not scared of me?"
She shakes her head. "No. I've heard all about you. You're quite the celebrity. Heh. Although, I'm not like one of those fan girls that asks you to write your name on my boobs."
Hulk laughs at this. "That'd be awful of me."
Anna giggles at this. "Maybe. So, what brings the all-powerful Hulk to this diner?"
"I just...had to get my mind off something." Hulk says, his mind flashing right back to Natasha. Anna sitting in front of him certainly didn't help with that.
"Oh. Okay." The woman says, sensing that he'd rather not talk about it. "So...what do you do, Mr. Hulk?"
"Not much. Not a whole lot to do since Thanos was destroyed. I mostly sit in my room, doing nothing. I do occasionally head into the city and if I see a crime taking place, I'll stop it."
"Ooh. The Hulk is a vigilante." She says with a cute smile.
Hulk chuckles awkwardly. "I wouldn't say that, but okay. What about you, Anna? What do you do?"
"Oh. I'm a part-time job person." Anna says with a smile.
"Cool." Hulk says with a smile of his own as his large food order arrives.
"Wow! That's, uh, a lot of food." Anna says as her eyes look at the platter of food.
"Hey. I'm big. I need to eat a lot to stay active." Hulk says.
"Not judging. Hehe." Anna giggles as a waitress pours her a cup of coffee. "Thank you." She says to the waitress.
"No problem." The waitress says. "Your friend is very pretty, Mr. Hulk." She whispers into Hulk's ear as she walks away.
-Later-
After finishing his large breakfast, Hulk and Anna proceed to converse for over an hour. "Anna? Mind if I ask you a question?"
Anna looks at him and slowly nods. "Sure. What is it?"
Hulk exhales before looking at her. "I know we just met...and we barely know each other besides our occupations...but...would you...like to go out with me sometime?"
Anna chuckles lightly at this. Hulk just asked her out. How can she not say yes to being asked out by a superhero celebrity? "Sure. That'd be nice." Hulk smiles. He's not sure if this 'Anna' is Natasha reincarnated, but if she was Natasha...he wouldn't lose her again. No matter what...
-Author's Note-
This will most likely be a multi-chapter one-shot.
Enjoy.
