Tada! Here is a thing for a thing. I might make an AU for this, probably call it 'Of Flowers and Dragons' or something along the lines of that. Explore the relationship a bit more. Any ideas for the other parings in this universe? Maybe have it one where Harry killed Voldemort when he was a baby, or maybe where Lavender was severely scarred from the last battle, actually, yes. That last one, that could be why... sorry,

Done for the Teamwork Exercise for Hogwarts, 37(emotion/feeling) Sensitive/47(dialogue) "I love you, you belong to me." / "I don't belong to anybody. I'll never let anybody put me in a cage." / "I don't want to put you in a cage; I want to love you!"

I don't own!

Enjoy!

When Charlie went out with Lavender that night, he never thought it would turn out this way.

"I love you, you belong to me." His mouth dropped. They had only been dating for a year, and he had never seen this side of her being so aggressive.

"I don't belong to anybody. I'll never let anybody put me in a cage." He told her, his hands shaking in rage.

"I don't want to put you in a cage; I want to love you!" She cried, her eyes filling with hurt.

"Then why do you say things like that? It seems like you want me to never see another, even though you know I love you, and that I would never do anything to hurt you." Charlie was at his ends rope. He would have thought that the big problem was his job, training dragons was dangerous work, but no, it was the fact that he worked closely with another woman.

Lavender had been possessive when they started dating, it wasn't something new, but it had never been this bad.

"I- I don't know. I just... we've been together so long, and, I feel, like you would move on, to someone more, like you. And seeing you with someone like that, it scared me." Lavender hid behind her hair.

Charlie didn't know what to do, he just, wanted to know why. Why she felt the need to claim him like so.

"Lavender." He whispered, unsure what he was going to say. The girl looked up, her hair still hid most of her face.

"I would never leave you. You have to know that." Charlie had never been one to show his emotions like this, he had never thought he could, not in this way, not with love.

But now, he knew that it was what he had to do, he had to be sensitive, for Lavender, because she was one of the most sensitive women he had ever met.

But she was also the strongest, the only one who could keep up with him, the only one who understood him and what he wanted to do, and didn't want him to change.

But sometimes.

"I'm sorry." She told him, her eyes welling up with tears.

"Come here. I know. Let's, let's work through this, let's make this work." He smiled at her, making the edge of her lips tilt upward.

"I would love that." He engulfed her in a hug, his head resting on her shoulder. "Never leave me?" She asked quietly.

"Not if I can help it."

Is a stupid little thing. Sorry for this. It was so hard to work the sentence in, I find the sentence stupid and would have rather not used it, but, meh.
