BMO looked at Cake, whose head was hanged down. Whatever happened in the few minutes they were gone, he wanted to have no part of. Eventually the small device went back to the heroines' dinner.
Cake on the other hand had a hard time holding in her curiosity. Marshall Lee turned down Fiona? They've been friends for years. She figured the least he would do is go on the date. No, she couldn't let this stay the way it was. Something's wrong.
There was a pounding it his door. ''Go away.'' He wasn't interested in what anyone had to say.
''Marshall open this door! I didn't come all this way for nothing.'' It was the cat. Great, he had enough problems. Now this crazy animal was here to claw his eyes out.
''What do you want Cake? I'm not in the mood.'' He let her in.
''Fiona's really hurt. Why'd you turn her down?''
He sighed, ''You really don't know anything do you? She only wants to go out with me to make Gumwad like her.''

''Just shut up and get out.'' He cut her off. He didn't have the time to listen.

Marshall morphed into his demon-bat form. ''Get out! I don't want to hear any of your lies!''
Cake quickly stretched out of the cave, fearing for her life. Fiona was right, he really wouldn't listen. This was pointless.
Marshall panted heavily as he reverted back to his humanoid form. He had to write a song, he goes on rampages when he's like this. He searched for his bass and found it among a pile of dirty underwear. He should probably get those washed.
