Wishes

The village is blanketed in snow, but it is free of snow wolves and freezards. The children are abuzz, building snow sculptures and sliding on the frozen stream. The air just reeks of cheer. They all are awaiting the Day of Giving. Everybody has made their wishes.
Except for the one who has everything he could wish for. He just sits back and watches, fiddling with his sword.
