POISON AND REDEMPTION
Kanda's POV
I sighed as he watched a silver haired boy with a red pentacle curse mark over his left eye and asked to enter because General Cross had sent him. I watched as the silver haired cursed boy took the gate keepers test and freaked the gate keeper out because he had a pentacle on his forehead. The gatekeeper told them the boy was in league with the Millenium Earl and he had to go. Intrigued by the boy I decided to go and see the boy for myself under the pretense of attacking him on the gate keepers recommendation. 'Hmmmm... this boy. What is he? He isn't afraid of me and is actually very cute. I wonder if he is the one who will be able to put up with my attitude and not cower before me? Is he the one who will become both my Poison and Redemption?' Ithought as I fought with the boy. Suddenly a golem told me to stop attacking the boy and that he was allowed in. The gates opened and the boy in. As we started to go our seperate ways I heard the younger male say my name. I turned to look at him questioningly. He held out his hand and introduced himself as Allen Walker. I decided to test him and told him, " I don't shake hands with cursed people." The boy glared at me but lenalee interfered and led him off. The boys eyes had been challenging me. 'This should be interesting. He was challenging me rather than backing down in fear. I think he will be woth continueing to test. If he will continue to challenge me and not cower in front of me I will allow myself to obtain him. This boy is different. He won't back down. The challenge has been issued by both of us. Who will win?' I thought with a devious smirk.
Allen's POV
I smiled inwardly as I challenged the beautiful older male before me. He seemed to realize this because his eyes clearly showed that he was issuing his own challenge to me.
'This man is beautiful. I want to get to know him. Kanda, I will accept your challenge. I will not cower before you. I won't run away. I will meet you head on. I am not afraid of you. What will you do? Who will win?' I thought smugly. The girl who had met me at the gate took me to her brother Komui. Komui checked on my Innocence and took me to see someone named Hevaleska. She checked my Innocence and told me I was the Destroyer of Time. it was confusing but I said nothing. Once that was finished Lenalee showed me to my room. I went to sleep and woke the next morning feeling extremely hungry. I went down to the cafeteria and saw Kanda fighting a finder and looking like he was about to kill him. I sighed and after telling the chef,Jerry, what I wanted to eat I went over to Kanda and the finder.
Kanda's POV
I saw Allen enter and smirked to myself. As i was dealing with the foolish finder who had annoyed me during my breakfast a small gloved hand grabbed my wrist as I was strangling the finder and an innocent voice said,"That's not the best way to say or handle things." I saw the brit and glared at him as I dropped the finder. He kept his grip on my wrist and glared back. I jerked my wrist free and continued to glare at the moyashi. Lenalee came in during our glaring match and told both of us that Komui needed to see us for a mission. I left with the Moyashi to go to Komui's office. inside Komui told us about a town called Mater. We were to go there and retrive some innocence. I smirkrd as I realized that this would be a perfect chance to test the moyashi without arousing suspicion.
Allen's POV
I was surprised when I got into the train with Kanda and our finder, Toma. As I asked Kanda some questions about our mission I pouted inwardly. He kept calling me an idiot or Moyashi. I have no Idea what Moyashi means.
