Remembrance day.
Remembrance day,
The four elevens.
All the brave soldiers up in heaven.
Remembered forever,
Never forgotten.
You travelled far,
To go to war,
With the possibly to never return to your home's door.
You sleep under the stars,
With the cigar's.
In the trenches,
Opposite the French's,
With the rats,
And bats.
Meet new friends,
Only to loss them to your fiends.
You wonder why,
Why you have to say goodbye,
To the loved ones,
now up in the sky.
You leave your family,
To fight for your Country.
Here comes the crew,
All you get to eat is stew.
You hear the bang,
signalling time to clang,
With the enemies.
Remembrance day,
The four elevens,
The brave soldiers now in heaven.
Always remembers,
for now and forever.
