Jamie Bennett, the new nightguard, tells the guardians about the 5 kids and they ask how he knew all this when it was in 1987(before he was born, or even thought of). when he tells them that the animatronics themselves told him, they are, of course, a bit sceptical. So when Jamie takes them on his shift he finds something he REALLY shouldn't. Mikey was short circuiting, Darren was trying screaming uncontrollably, and Saki was trying to eat Bunnymund. Jamie knew he had to fix them, but he couldn't do it alone, so he asked the guardians, but they said that these machines had to be distroyed. Jamie was trying to shield them from Jack, who the guardians decided would make it painless(thier circuits would be busted if ever gotten cold), when Jamie finally yelled," if you distroy them, you'll be killing those kids twice." This got Jack to stop in his tracks to look at Jamie, then back at Mikey cowering and twitching, Darren was shielding himself, waiting for the blast, and Saki was standing in front trying to protect them both. All the guardians saw this and were shocked at what they almost had done. So, in order to say sorry, the whole gang fixes the trio and, right before finished with Mikey, Mike comes in and was about to sick the animatronics on them when he saw Jamie fixing Mikey and literally pushed him to get off of his daughter. When Jamie explained what happened, Mike praised him for saving his daughter, Foxy and Chica's son, and the new cat animatronic that was not even allowed to be out yet. It was 5:57 when everyone was back in place and the boss's car was nowhere in sight, so Mike, the Assistant Manager, had some time to kill. So he went to find the other animatronics to tell them they have got a new night guard named Jamie Bennett and to go easy on him, for this night he's had was traumatizing, but he still came every day.
