I've had this idea for a while xD I have just never posted it until now. This is my baby so please don't leave any rude comments. Constructive criticism is always welcomed though!

Prologue
The scene unfolds on two unlikely creatures talking in the shadows of a cave. The sky is darkening in blues, crimson red, and burnt orange.
"InuTashio, you know we can't. You have to produce an heir and it can not be half miko."
"I don't care! I love you Midoriko, and I want you to be my mate. I have bred with a full Inu and she conceived. We can be together now." InuTashio whispered to the famous warrior miko, drawing her face closer to his until their noses touched. "Just relax and let us love each other."
That night Midoriko and the great InuTashio became life mates and Midoriko conceived a baby girl. In the morning they had to part, only until InuTashio filled out the papers for Midoriko being the Lady of the West. Little did either know that a tragedy would occur.
In the cave that the two powerful beings became mates, would become Midoriko's tomb. That day she fought for her life against demons seeking her murder. She was overwhelmed and in an effort to save the life of her and her child, she sealed them all away in what we now call the Shikon No Tama. And this is where our story begins.
Author's note: So does it sound good? I can always delete it! Now about couples xD Who should Kagome be with? I will take a vote and see. I will accept anything EXCEPT Naraku and InuYasha. Inu will be with Kikyo and I refuse to put Kagz with Naraku xD
