Heya guys its me Narakulover4ever again I know I haven't published anything in about what two years...sorry it's just life has been awfully busy and my better half doesn't really approve of fanfics...soo I kinda gotta do this in secret. Well hope you enjoy plus the chapter titles are also song titles so if you want to you can listen to that song while you read the chapter, don't have to but if ya want you can. For those of you who would like to its for the Thumbelina movie. Enjoy!

Chapter one

Soon

Not far from Master Roshi's island another island was hidden by heavy mists that only the trained eye could see through. And for good reason the celestial dragon of fire lived there in solitude, keeping the balance along with her siblings water, air and earth who lived on their own islands. But Midoriko chose one close to humanity but far enough she could escape. Midoriko stretched her long crimson body out on the warm sand. Midoriko slowly lulled to sleep lying on her beach the warm sand was perfect for a dragon like herself.

But she only got to nap shortly when she heard someone cry in pain above her. Lazily she looked up with her aquamarine eyes she saw a yellow cloud disappear and a young man dressed in orange free-falling. Midoriko wasted no time launching herself with her powerful back legs to catch him. Her long five-fingered hand reached out and the young man safely landed in her claw. Midoriko looked over him, he had the messed black hair she'd ever seen but it suited him. Midoriko landed back on her beach and set him down. He stirred a little once on the sand, his eyes opened to reveal beautiful dark chocolate-brown color. His face twisted in pain, the young man let out another cry of pain and he held on to his sides as if he was holding himself together.

Midoriko quickly placed her claw over him and started absorbing his pain, as his pain slowly dwindled he finally realized a large crimson dragon was healing him.

"Stop." He forces himself to stand Midoriko looked down at him as if he was crazy it was her responsibility along with her siblings to protect humanity. Midoriko shook her head no and counties to absorb his pain. The young man came face to face with her and stared into her large aquamarine eyes with his own dark chocolate-brown eyes.

Midoriko finished absorbing his pain she had to lie back down on the warm sand, lying all the way out she let out a big sigh making the young man tumble over. Midoriko lifted her head concerned but when he sat up laughing a wave of relief swept over her. This made Midoriko smile at him, Midoriko had a strange feeling her life would never be the same after meeting this young man.

" I feel brand new." He sprang to his feet smiling brightly " Thank you..." he pauses "I'm sorry I don't know you're name."

" Midoriko." she tells him

" I'm Goku, thanks for your help." Goku said beaming.

' What a ham' Midoriko thought to herself internally blushing

" No problem." Midoriko shook her claw before resting her head on the sand.

" Well I gotta go." Goku waves back at her " Nimbus!" He calls up at the sky. Midoriko raised her eye brow at him than almost out of nowhere a small yellow nimbus cloud zoomed to his side. " Thanks again Midoriko." Goku smiles as the nimbus cloud ascended

As soon as he was there he was gone, Midoriko stared up at the sky for a while hoping that he would fly back on his nimbus. She eventually gave up and counties her nap on the beach.
