Hey guys:) so this is my first fanfic ever... So I'm pretty unsure about this uploading thing. For all I know I'm gonna put all the chapters backwards. Anyway, since this is my first fanfic, plz be nice and review. All mistakes are mine, and I'm sorry but I'm gonna use the older episodes, cause I know them better~Raven
INTRO
Gibbs had a lot on his mind as he vigorously sanded his boat down. It had been a trying day, the case taking its toll on even the normally unshakable Ziva David. Abby and Ducky, who were usually spared most of the gory details, found themselves in a quiet mood today. Serial killers who butchered and dismembered marines families tended to do that. Even Tony had shut up for once and gone home rather subdued. Gibbs could imagine them going about their various coping mechanisms. McGee would sit in his chair and write that godawful book of his. Tony would crash on the couch and watch his "chick flicks" with a bottle of beer or two. And he would be here, working on his what? Third, fourth boat? And Ziva. He had no idea what Ziva did when she had a tough case. Hell, she probably just went about her business as normal for all he knew. Knowing all the death she had seen, experienced and caused in her life, he just couldn't figure her out. Then Gibbs paused. What if he had never met any of them? How would their lives have gone?

Ok this is the horrible cliffhanger I'm leaving it at. Next chapters will contain ALL characters, even ducky and Abby, with the possibly exception of Palmer. Plz review:) I hope for at least one review before I post the next one. ~ Raven
