Ginny,
I can't believe you're leaving. You are one of my best friends. I'll never forget our conversations that sometimes led well into the night. You're one of the very few people that understands what makes me, me. I feel like I can tell you anything and you won't judge me. I want to thank you for staying my friend. I know we've had our fair shares of fights. I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for that. I know that I can be annoying at times, but you are defiantly an amazing friend. It takes a special person to put up with such an outspoken and stubborn person like me.
I think a true element of friendship is trust. I have never felt that you betrayed me. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. I haven't really ever been able to trust easily. Too many in my life have turned out to be someone else. You are one of the very few people that I do trust fully.
I feel lucky to know such an incredible person. You are fantastic in so many unique ways. I will miss you dearly. Crookshanks just came in to tell you "Hi."

Sealing the letter, Hermione rose from her desk and appartated to the Burrow. Walking into the kitchen, she began to search for Ginny. Locating her, Hermione handed her the letter and a chain with a pendant on it. On Ginny's pendant were the words See You Soon. Ginny looked up, the emotion of amazement evident on hr face. Hermione then pulled her necklace out and showed in to Ginny. The words Because It's Not Goodbye were inscribed on the pendant.
"Thank you," Ginny said.
"You're welcome. I'm really going to miss you," Hermione said, as she pulled Ginny into a hug.
