The Secret That May Not Be So Shocking
It was regular day for Link being a kid. Walking around everywhere, playing with his tomboy friend Ruto and playing pranks, sometimes on Zelda. Anyways I'm not going to bore you with so many unimportant details so I'll just cut to the chase. One day Link went over to Lord Jabu-Jabu's Fountain, spring, lake, or whatever it is. Ruto was looking at her reflection in the water and it looked like she had something on her mind.
Link went to see what was on his friends mind. "Hey Ruto, it looks like you have something on your mind what is it?" he asked. "Well Link, you'd be my friend no matter what right?" Ruto asked. "Of course,'' Link answered. "Well you see Link, there's a chance that I might have used to be a boy," Ruto told him. "What?" he asked. He didn't quite follow. "You see when I was still developing in my mom's stomach my dad was worried about if I ended up a boy."
And here we see how it happened all in the Zora's Domain. "So doctor will it be a boy or a girl?" King Zora asked. "Well it''s too early to tell. It could be a boy or girl," the doctor answered. "Well is there anything you can do to make it be a 100 chance of being a girl? I mean the last boys were so rowdy I had to put them to sleep," King Zora said. "Well there is a special formula I can make but I don't have all the ingredients," the doctor said. "I don't care just make it now!" King Zora ordered.
It took the doctor 39 minutes to make the formula. He came back to the Zora's Domain with it in a long hypodermic needle. "Okay, I've made it. But, it'll have to be injected in your baby so I brought it in this extra long hypodermic," the doctor said. He injected the formula through the pregnant Zora Queen and into the baby. "Yes! Finally, I'll have a daughter and she won't be rowdy!" King Zora cheered. "Yeah, remember how I said I didn't have all the ingredients. Well I didn't have the hormone that makes girls so goofy and giddy so your daughter may end up a tomboy," the doctor told him. "NOOOOOO!" he yelled. "But she may not end up one," the doctor said. "YEEEES!" King Zora cheered.
Too bad for him Ruto ended up a tomboy, but he still managed to love her like she was not a tomboy. "Wow, weird story," Link said. "Yeah, it is," Ruto said. "Don't worry, it changes nothing," Link told her. "Aww, thanks," Ruto said. She kissed Link on the cheek and he blushed a lot.
