Prologue

After hearing Whitebeard's last words, mobs of rookie pirates ventured towards the New World in search of One Piece. With the New Age of piracy, many wars were triggered, and peace was hard to find, for the three powers were unbalanced. Few made a name for themselves, and most had perished along the way. Yet, there was one man who stepped up after conquering everything in the New World, and held the burden of the whole world on his shoulders. His name could shake the very world itself— Monkey D. Luffy.

Seven years after the time skip , the straw hat crew had conquered the New World. They had it all...almost. The only thing they hadn't obtained was the One Piece. Even so, most people already considered Straw Hat Luffy to be the Pirate King. Being the man Straw Hat Luffy was, he wasn't satisfied that he hadn't found One Piece. News spread of their departure in search of the final island: Raftel. Pirates, marines, friends, and even rivals awaited their return from the legendary island. Days passed. Weeks passed. Months, even. Marines searched far and wide for the crew, but not even a clue had been found. They had vanished. Five years had passed, and wild tales of the crew disappearance had formed. Some say he had died after reaching Raftel. Some say he never made it to Raftel, and it was just all a hoax. Some would even question the straw hats' existence. Few, mostly made up of his close friends, still believed he lived. After all, no one else had confirmed his death.

But, that also meant that most of the world thought that the One Piece had not been officially claimed. Renewed with hope, pirates across the world set sail, yet again, in search for the One Piece.

One teenage boy was determined to prove to the world that Straw Hat Luffy still lived: To uncover the truth behind the straw hats' disappearance.

I have a feeling this will be a long story. Therefore, OCs are needed. I'm writing this as I go, just to see how it will turn out.

Please make your OC believable. It's a first come, first served basis. But to make it fair, you will be a minor or major character depending on how well you construct the OC you give me. If you make it lame, and/or unoriginal (like copying one of Oda's characters and changing the name), I will completely ignore you. If you make your character too overpowered (such as being able to use haki/complete mastery in a skill), I will most likey ignore it. Character personality and traits are always subject to change. Also, if you are a major character, you will get powered up through the series. I will contact you first for everything I change about the character. We'll work something out.

Note: The more character detail the better. I don't need you OC's dream. I have a first mate already.
