A lone figure privately sits in a dark room, picking up a small tablet, he contemplates on his next move, swiping the images, until he stops at a picture of four males and two females. The figures in the picture seem to be holding holding weapons: one, a Filipino, was holding two tomahawk axes, another, presumably the younger brother of the first, was holding a warhammer, the third, a British female, was holding a war-axe, the fourth, the second female, was a young Canadian-Frenchwoman with a spear, the fifth, a Black man with a dagger, the final male, an American, was strangely enough, holding a bladed shovel. The room then turns off all of the lights...

The United Nations Space Command recieved a distress signal from the silent Martian province of New Manila on a Covenant attack

The forces were too late, only to see the Covenant Corvette collide into the mountains, revealling 90 young children getting up from the ground. Children of soldiers, leaders, kingdoms, clans and civilians treading towards the troops...

"What is it that makes a living being a monster?

The Office of Naval Intelligence attempted to add them into the SPARTAN III program, but rumors were spreading that there may be a Gamma class, thus, the SPARTAN III DELTA initiative was created...

"Is it the murder?"

If only they knew what they chose...

footage of soldiers being gunned down by armored figures...

"The bloodshed?"

The footage then shows a white armored figure with a feminine physique lunging out with a sword...

"The duty we were given to fight for, was it enough? We were taken from our homes so that we can protect/destroy civilians and threats... What can we expect from them? The United Nations Space Command for bringing us into this mess? The United Rebel Forces for causing trouble? The Covenant Alliance for getting the wrong idea? Because of some Kig-Yar's dis-ability of compliance?! A Sangheilian warrior wanting too much glory? Sure he was an idiot for causing the New Manila iincident and helping the fall of Reach, but who can blame him?"

an image of two spartans appear, one, colored cyan and red with a Luigi Franchi Spas 12 shotgun and the other, green with gold decals holding an SRS-99 sniper rifle, taking cover behind a crate as a volley of bullets were flying past them.

"We were just 90 against armies, no big deal. Just the Covenant and URF. Until we started disappearing like flies... Turns out, we have ancestors."

The footage then swaps to art of fifteen humans wearing ancient, but futuristic armor, fighting a mob of shadowy figures

"myths and legends were real, they were warriors just like us, and we are related to them. We were considered as weapons. That doesn't mean that the Spartans of the DELTA initiative aren't used to that term. We're used to that nonsense. What we all considered as fantasy is not what it seems. Fantasy and Futuristic. they are like parallel lines. Instead, we are crossing parallels."
