We were ahead by three points. I watched the green ball fly through the air, to Devin who stood beside me. She swung her racket to Britney, a perfect shot straight across the net. Britney swung the ball to her right, at me. I swung to my far right, at Madison. She aimed at Zaiah, who let the ball bounce and barely allowed it to come up before hitting it back at Alexis. She was about to hit the tennis ball back at us when the buzzer rang.

We won. The Orlando Ocelots were the 2013 Regional Junior League Champions. I dropped my racket in disbelief. And promptly started screaming. Devin, Zaiah, Alie, and I held hands and screamed as we jumped up and down. We had practiced for this very moment since July. I had tears streaming down my face from pure joy.

"And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the end! Our new champions are the Orlando Ocelots!" The announcer yelled to the audience. My brothers, Tanner and Michael, ran across the court and embraced me in a bone crushing hug.

We had done it, we won.

Let me start from the beginning. You're probably lost, right?

So, here it goes.

July 3, 2012

I walked into the Exxon down the road to get a bag of chips and Gatorade before heading to practice like always. I began perusing through the shelves, in search of the perfect flavor of Gatorade. I looked up, above the shelves, and saw a man's forehead. He had to be over six feet, tall enough to make Michael feel short. He had curly brown hair, from what I could see. He was talking to some woman about a guy named Dean. Wait, Dean?

My dad's name is Dean. I've never met him, only seen pictures of him and Mom, before she died. I've always been curious as to his life. I wanted to know everything about him.

I built up enough confidence to talk to him. I walked around the section of shelves and stood in front of him. "You're not talking about Dean Winchester, are you?"

He was taken aback and his eyes grew wide. "Why do you want to know?"

"Because, he's my father."

"But Dean doesn't have kids. It's impossible."

"Obviously not, because I'm here."

He grabbed my wrist and pulled it to him. He splashed water on my hand from a bottle he held in his pocket.
